Guest parking at VGF

Only 25 days until our first ever stay at VGF for Food & Wine! My sister is driving over from St. Pete for a portion of our stay; she is on the reservation, where would she park? We won’t have a car. When I check in in, should I get a parking pass for her?

Yes just ask for one and they will provide one. I think each check in paper includes one and they ask when you check in. Either way they will always give you one.

She is on the reservation, and she should have a magic band, just use that and park in the DVC lot at VGF.

Agree that she just has to pull up to the gate and they will ask why she is there and either ask for a photo id and/or scan her MB if she already has one. She should just indicate that she is staying at VGF. If they ask for a name she should keep in mind that sometimes they seem to view only the lead on the reservation - so perhaps your name. They will direct her to the parking area by the Villas.

No need to get a parking pass ahead of time. They may not even have any.

The last couple of years we have stayed there we did not get any paper pass for the car. Just have her show her id at the gate. She"ll turn right after the gate and right again into the lot.
