Group w/ Linked Reservations and getting tickets

Hi all,

Quick question...

I'll be traveling with my husband and two kids from POR and probably will take the DCL bus to get to the port. Our friends (party of 6), will be going straight to the port and getting there early. Our reservations are linked. Would they be able to pick up meet and greet/character breakfast tickets for us? or would we have to be there in person?

Part of me, feels like we should just take a cab to port to get there early ourselves to get these tickets and ask for our second seating to be switched to main.

What do you guys think?

You might want to call DCL to be sure, but my daughter's family got to the ship about 40 minutes before us. She was able to get character breakfast tickets for all of us since our reservations were linked.
