Grocery stop or Walmart delivery?

If we book a car service with a grocery stop, will our hotel keep our dairy products refrigerated?? Staying at Aventura Hotel. Deciding if we should do that or have Walmart deliver our groceries when we have a room ready. tia

No I don’t think they have anywhere at check in or guest services to store refrigerated items. (Unless medical) You would need to be there when it’s delivered and take it to your room.
