Grocery Delivery/ Instacart

We are staying in a one bedroom at BLT for the first time, so I will be ordering groceries. Since I haven't done this before, I have been looking, and I think Instacart has more of the things we like/need at a cheaper price. How does this work? Do you schedule a time, and they just bring it to BLT? Will bell services keep your groceries until you are there to get them? We will be at a park the afternoon that we arrive, and we have dinner reservations that night, so I don't know exactly what time we would be in the room.

I'm not familiar with Instacart, but with the services we've used they will deliver the items to Bell Services. Bell services will place perishables in their refrigerator. The service will call or text you and bell services may leave a message on your phone. You then go to Bell Services when you get back to the resort to pick-up your stuff or call and ask them to deliver it to your room.

We used Instacart in August at the poly. We loved it night before we left i sat at my home computer and put in our order bottles water, beer, wine, and some snacks. Picked our delivery time between 7-8 pm. We got free delivery. They texted us when they started shopping and when they were leaving the store. My husband went down and met them in the lobby to avoid a delivery charge by the poly. He said the lady was very friendly and we tipped her because service was great. A bell hop did help my husband bring the case of water up to the room since they would not let him take a cart. We will use this again next year when we go!
