I have never had a problem with any other show I watched like last night's Grey's Anatomy.
The storyline with the man who had the warts growing all over his body just scheved me out. I can't stop thinking about it even today. I tape all the shows and usually watch them again the next day but I can't watch that one, just plain yuck.
I worked for 2 years on the neuro floor and saw some pretty ugly stuff but never anything like that thank you. YUCK is all I can say. If I had that problem I would have committed suicide years ago. I know it is a real disease but usually kept in check and not allowed to get to that extreme. Just seeing it and knowing it was real just was too much for me.
the worst thing I ever ran into in the hospital was a man who weighed over 500 lbs. Of course it was my turn to take in the new admit and I had to get him from the ER stretcher into bed after giving him a bed bath. Bed bugs, lice, etc, growing under the skin folds but still not as disgusting as last night.
