So I thought I might post this here for some advice. I am bringing my Gram for her 1st visit to the Magic Kingdom. She is in a wheelchair and has ms. I really want her to enjoy it and am thinking of the best and easiest way to get her on certain rides and which are accesible with a wheelchair. She does have problems with spinning so I have to be careful with the rides. Does she have to be able to transfer from the wheel chair to ride on everything? are there any that she could stay in the chair for? any other tips to make our trip go more smoothly are appreciated! Thanks :)

sorry still new to this :( I meant to post this as a new thread and now can't figure out how to delete! :confused3

I will fix it for you.
What I did was separated out your posts and made a new thread for you.

Are you only going to MK?

I suggest you start with the disABILITIES FAQs thread, located near the top of this board or you can follow the link in my signature.

Post 11 of that thread has some basic information about accessibility. Post 18 on page 2 of the disABILITIES FAQs thread has more information, including which attractions have a wheelchair car, so she could stay in her wheelchair for the entire attraction. Post 11 also has some information about which attractions are more difficult to board.
