gradtchr's back on track (comments welcome)

Today was weigh in day and although the scale didnt' show the numbers it has for the past two days it was still down .5 pounds. I'm happy a loss is a loss and next week will be my week for going below 150 I hope!!!! I am also back to working out hard core this week so that will definitely help in the loss. YEAH!!!!
 
I have been debating on getting a treadmill at the house. The SpaceSavers are really nice. It would be SO much easier to get a good workout in because half the time I just don't have time to get to the gym. My gym membership expires in March, I have to make a decision before then!

Thanks loveinaz I am ready to see numbers below 150 I saw them for one day last week and I want them back for real. I want them so bad I hit the gym hard tonight! DH and I definitely want something now but we can't figure out what it is that we do want. It needs to come from Amazon since we cashed in our coins for the gift card but decisions decisions!

My day:
Scale was down .5 YEAH!
B-eggbeater w/ onion, bell pepper, cheese
s-apple and orange
l-ham sandwich
s-yogurt and cottage cheese
workout numbers are in terms of calories:
I did 379 on the elliptical
352 on the arc trainer
70 on the treadmill
75 on the bike
d-oriental steak salad
s-1 cup ff/sf ice cream w/ 3 tbsp choc sauce
 
All that hard work is really paying off! You really did kick it up a notch at the gym! :cheer2:

No workout but we tried out several elliptical machines. We're getting closer to a decision!!

That will be so great when you get your own elliptical at home! I wish I had some kind of cardio machine - we just don't have enough room!

Workout: 35 minutes on the Elliptical

It has been a very long week and I am ready for it to be OVER!!!!! The past three nights I have gotten about two hours a sleep a night. I took yesterday off to try to catch up but it's not working so well. *sigh* At least it's friday!! Jen I caught your Blah's!!

Ok because you said so I will. But you have to do something for yourself this weekend to so NYAH! :p I think mine will be better once I get some sleep hopefully tonight I'm at the point I'll take nyquil if I don't immediately fall into it.

Well Jen what did you do for yourself? :)

I got sleep this weekend YEAH!!! I wish I could turn my brain off at night but to much is going on so it's hard to. I had a good weekend this weekend and am happy to say I saw 149.8 on Sunday. My weigh in was supposed to be today but I will be doing it tomorrow. Eating wise I did good-workout wise I did REALLy good. We went to the gym Saturday, I worked out Sunday and have a new plan in place for me I am going back to my three times a day workouts I missed them and even though they are killer I felt better about what I was accomplishing so I'm starting those over as of today.

My day:
30 min taebo-would have been the full 45 but just couldn't today
b-none way to full from dinner (not good feeling which is why i didn't do the whole 45 minutes)
s-bar
l-will be a salad w/ chicken breast, celery, tomato, carrots
45 minute walk
s-bar
at least 1 hour at the gym doing weights (did this at home)
d-scrambled eggs w/ ham, pepper, onion, cheese, and 2 homemade biscuits w/ sf jam
s-yet another good question

The official weigh in today was 150-I knew the 156 yesterday was wrong and am glad I waited for the official weight. I'm ok with that-this is my week!! Tonight is girl's night out and I am geared up for a salad. Tomorrow we're going out to eat with DH's brother and again I'm geared up for a salad.

Workout wise today we did 45 minutes of the biggest loser-I am liking how I feel right now. I am sore but not overly sore.

Plan
45 minutes biggest loser (warm up, high impact, cool down)
b-biscuit
s-bar
l-salad
45 minute walk
s-bar
d-unknown but low fat or salad (ETA) I ended up with beef and brocolli and 2 crab wontons, and 2 thai iced teas
s-probably none
Maybe something when I get home workout wise-not going to happen we did walk after the meal for about 40 minutes though not fast paced but walked.

We are so close in our weight I can't believe it. I'm hovering at 151 right now. I'd love to go to the superbowl party weighing in at 149. Its amazing how much thinner 149 sounds. Great eating plan for tonight & tomorrow. Have fun!
