what did i do for myself? probably nothing ! this weekend was all about alyssa coming to visit...Tomorrow, im planning on doing alot of homework so i can relax!

Im close to you in weight too--im around 148ish...

Congrats on behaving yourself at your girls' night out! Even though you didn't stick with your plan, you still had one of the healthiest Chinese food choices! :thumbsup2

I am going out of town for the weekend tomorrow so fingers crossed I can stay on program AND get a run or walk in.

Just got back and it's good to be home! DH and I went to San Antonio to spend the weekend with my grandmother and we had a blast!

Friday we hit the road and stopped in West, Texas (the town's name is west) and got a Kolache (YUMMMY!) for lunch. When we got to San Antonio we went out to eat a a mexican food restaurant and I got 2 chicken enchiladas, grilled veggies, and salad. YUMMY! Of course there were also a few chips thrown in.

Saturday: Breakfast-none
Lunch: Olive Garden where I had stuffed shells with shrimp and salad. Of course half of it went home for dinner.
Dinner: the rest of my stuffed shells then we made brownies for dessert and I am proud to say I had a small piece with only a small scoop of ice cream and some magic shell on that. Not much of it at all. YUM!

Sunday:
Breakfast: brownie
Lunch: brisket, pinto beans, coleslaw, and a little potato salad
s-eclair (we stopped in West again)
d-harvest crisp chips and some cheese dip.

So all in all not a bad weekend and we had a fun time but it's nice to be home. Of course I can't wait till the next time I go back.
 
You did pretty good considering you were travelling this weekend!

I'm sure you will have no problem getting back into your eating and workout routine this week. :cheer2:
 
The official weigh in results are in for the week....Drum Roll Please.......149.8 YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's down even with being gone and eating not the best. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Excitement of the day part 2. DH and I won our elliptical machine on Ebay! It's brand new and should be at our house soon-or so I hope!

We got a Healthrider C 895E with ifit technology. Can't wait till I can use it!!

My day:

d-brocolli, and parmesan pasta w/ chicken and a little slice of cheddar cheese
s-maybe a kolache

Workout-none today suffering from exhuastion.

This went from a great week to a bad week. *sigh* Don't know what the deal is I've just been in a bad mood overall but life goes on. I've done great with my eating but have not done so great with my workouts. I've gotten walks in at lunch but have had no motivation to run or go to the gym this week. I'm hoping I get over that by tomorrow.
 
Sometimes your body just needs a break. At least your eating is under control! You'll get back into the workout routine soon, don't worry! :cheer2:
