gradtchr's back on track (comments welcome)

I am back this week I don't know what the deal was last week but I am ready to kick up the success. I lost again this morning I was 149.4 so only .4 but it was .4 after a bad week. :)

My ellptical machine should be here this week so we will get to put it together next weekend I think. :) YEAH!!
 
Hey, at least you lost! I had a bad week and gained a lb... :rolleyes1

That will be so nice to have your own elliptical. Don't wear it out too fast! :goodvibes
 
My day:
B-pecan roll
s-balance bar
l-LC panini and 1 serving baked flaming hot cheetos YUM!
s-orange and string cheese
d-Super yummy recipe I got from an online friend
Laughing Cow Alfredo sauce w/ organice noodles and I added in broccoli, shrimp, and mushrooms. Like I said it was super super super yummy!!

No workout had to take care of DH he's getting sick.

Tomorrow I've got a plan to stay on track fingers crossed we can do it!
 
That dinner does sound good!

B-Dh made me breakfast in bed a cappucino shake. Awww
S-balance bar
l-LC panini and 1 serving of flaming hot cheetos
s-orange and string cheese
d-Fillet Mignon, balsamic asparagus, and sweet potato and possibly wine
s-ok so this might not be on plan but we're having chocolate dipped strawberries or else we'll have the very berry parfait that we love.
 
Great job on maintaining that 149 thru a hard week. :banana: I'm drooling just reading about your dinner tonight. Have fun!

Had to post. I've stayed OP today and dinner was YUMMY!!! DH was so sweet and sent me roses to the office which were unexpected and pretty even though we think they got plowed over by a truck on the way to the office. He also got me jsust a small box of chocolates to savor and enjoy. THe valentines day kicker was the afternoon when I went from feeling great to sick. I think I have the flu-AARRGGHH! I'm hoping it's not but that's what it feels like right now. *sigh* I actually miss the gym right now.

Good news is the elliptical is supposed to be here tomorrow or Thursday.
 
Sounds like you had a nice Valentine's Day! I hope you are feeling better soon. :wizard:

For the record in case anyone wants to know having the flu bites! It is the worst experience and is absolutely horrible, and no fun at all!! Eating wise I have been eating what I want when I want and life is good. Workout wise ha ha ha going to find food has been the exercise.
 
Being sick is never fun!! i hope you arent sick as long as i have been sick---GET BETTER QUICK!!!!!
Hopefully you found some time to relax this weekend!
 
Hey Jen!! I hope you are feeling better. I am on the road to recovery and hope that my voice finds me again soon (it got lost somehwere. HA HA) All I did this weekend was relax and take it easy which really helped me survive work today.

My day: WI this morning was 148.8 (aka a LOSS) That's actually what I was weighing in at before I got sick so I think it's an accurate reflection.

B-granola bar
s-balance bar (trail mix bar w/ fruit YUM)
l-fajita plate (like 1 tbsp of rice, 2 tsp of beans, guacamole, cheese, meat, and 2 flour tortillas, 15 chips and LOTS of pico YUM)
s-none still full from lunch
d-1/2 sub sandwich w/ less than 1 serving of harvest crisps
s-less than 1 serving of monkey bread

Now the biggest question I have heard is are you drinking plenty of water? The answer is YES! I am going through a 32 oz glass of water like every 40 minutes so I am doing great in water intake. Now if only my nose would stop running. :)

Workout wise I am planning on going back to the gym on Wednesday so hopefully my training starts smoothly after this two week hiatus.
 
CONGRATS on the loss and i am so glad that you are feeling better...im very impressed that you have been donig so good with food and water while you are sick,thats awesome!
I know you are planning on the gym wednesday but if you arent feeling good, you should take some extra time off--you dont want to get sick already again!!
 
I am glad to hear you are feeling better. It is definitely no fun being sick! You must have been really mindful of what you were eating since you actually ended up with a loss, great job! :cheer2:

Did you get your elliptical yet?
 
Yes we did get it!! DH is trying to get hold of the company because one of the parts looks like it is for a different elliptical than ours (as in it doesn't fit right) so hopefully by this weekend we'll be able to use it.

Glad to hear that you got the elliptical....I love having mine.....it sure beats getting up and going to the gym.

Sorry to hear that you were sooo sick...at least you are on the road to recovery.....Take it slow, ease back into it. Don't push yourself too hard.
