Hey Jen!! I hope you are feeling better. I am on the road to recovery and hope that my voice finds me again soon (it got lost somehwere. HA HA) All I did this weekend was relax and take it easy which really helped me survive work today.
My day: WI this morning was 148.8 (aka a LOSS) That's actually what I was weighing in at before I got sick so I think it's an accurate reflection.
B-granola bar
s-balance bar (trail mix bar w/ fruit YUM)
l-fajita plate (like 1 tbsp of rice, 2 tsp of beans, guacamole, cheese, meat, and 2 flour tortillas, 15 chips and LOTS of pico YUM)
s-none still full from lunch
d-1/2 sub sandwich w/ less than 1 serving of harvest crisps
s-less than 1 serving of monkey bread
Now the biggest question I have heard is are you drinking plenty of water? The answer is YES! I am going through a 32 oz glass of water like every 40 minutes so I am doing great in water intake. Now if only my nose would stop running.
Workout wise I am planning on going back to the gym on Wednesday so hopefully my training starts smoothly after this two week hiatus.
