I know what you mean. My Windows Phone draws power more than it charges when I'm using it. I take it to the Doctor's with Fran and bring the charging cord. I have it plugged in the whole time when we get in the treatment room, and if I can't get a signal, I play solitaire. It's lower on charge than when I went in there!

You have a lot going on in your life. It's safe to say you have a pretty fulfilling one.

Crap took my old damaged phone and $215 into the Apple Store. Then, he traded the old phone and the cash for a brand new phone. He barely lets me touch his phone, which is why he claims it still works. There really was no saving that phone. I just had him do it, because the account is in his name. It also meant that I did not need to find a sitter or drag the boys into the store.

Thanks Bret. Even if the other one could have been saved, I would have always thought about it being in the toilet any time I used it. At least, it is the one bright side of replacing the phone and spending the extra cash.

It was the same model, which is the iPhone 4S. Apple will sale new phones for the repair price (which also happens to be the 2 year contract price) if you turn the broken phone in. Crap researched it before taking it to them or else we may have paid the full retail price. He declined the ins when he got it, so I bought a Life Proof case. It makes the phone bulky and prevents my car charger from working.

Since I am about a month away till my trip to DL with my DB and his GF, I am thinking of what title should I put for my trip? I need some advice of what I should call it.

I got my original 4S two weeks after it was released. My name (Crap's name) was on the waiting list before it was released, but it took that long to get it. Huge demand, and I did not want to stand in line all day for one on opening day like my FIL did with the 4S and my SIL did with the 3G. I was happy that we did not have to pay full price for the replacement. Since a lot of people did not know about that, I am trying to spread the word just in case it helps someone else too.

Crap better not get the iPhone 5 when it comes out. His 4S was purchased with a 2 year contract on 01-15-12. If he gets the 5, he will have to pay full price. There is nothing wrong with his 4S, so he can see the contract out. It was his 4 that he claimed was broken. He needed a 4S and a cover story!

My phone bit the dust on 06-20-12, but I was not completely sure until 06-22-12. If that was true, I would have waited for it. There were rumors a while back that the 5 would come out in June. Since people are now saying October, I could not have waited that long. As long as the phone does not break again or get lost, I will not upgrade to the 5 until my contract date is up.

I know. I enjoy the DIS more than what is going on in real life sometimes. Right now, Crap is watching UFC in the living room. There is not enough patience in the world to interest me with that nonsense.
