GPS Tracking from Orlando Stroller?

Has anyone used the GPS tracking units available for rent from Orlando Stroller Rentals? I was looking at their strollers today, and I saw this at the bottom of the page. I'm always terrified that my son (with autism) will get away from us and get lost. I would love to hear anything about these units - they seem to be pretty small, are they really? Is it hard to keep them attached to your child? Can they get wet? Thanks!

Also, has anyone rented the City mini GT for a 4 year old? Do you know if they are roomy enough for comfort?

We are looking into Bikin gps for iPhone for our kids particularly our 2nd who wanders for wdw.

My 48" tall, 45lb almost 7 year old was very comfy in the GT (as was her 4 yo sister!)! We had a double rented from Kingdom Strollers. They were great to work with!

I'm so glad to know it will be big enough for him. His single here is getting too small. He is a little over 43" and has long legs, so I was concerned.
