Hi everyone!

For 2 years my daughter has been talking about the steak and food in general from Toledo (Coronado springs) now I know this is a Michelin star restaurant so I’m not sure if anything comes close but we aren’t staying there and getting there would be a pain…..If I have to I will but wanted to see if anyone had suggestions

Disney springs would be a good option. Worst case we grab a bus there and head to Toledo but it seems like so much work just for dinner

If you’re looking for a variety of choices for steak, STK Steakhouse may be an option. I know Boathouse also serves steak but they have a smaller selection.

Not sure when you are going or where you are staying. But a couple thoughts come to mind. Shula's at the Dolphin is closing in it's place Bourbon Steak will be opening mid-Summer with reservations starting June 14. You also have Steakhouse 17 at The Contemporary though I wouldn't put in par with the likes of Shulas/Bourbon or Toledo.

The best steak is not on Disney property, but it's very close. Go to Bull & Bear at the Waldorf Astoria in Bonnet Creek.

I’m not a big steak eater at WDW but do try the Chueleta for 2 at Toledo which doesn’t have a Michelin star but is recommended. Boathouse is also enjoyable.

ETA: we traveled from BW to Coronado and got lost along the way. Something about me thinking it was at Rivera (duh) . Took over an hour to get there and arrive 15 minutes late but it wound up being the culinary feast of our May trip.
Take the time to check your travel route and go- your mouth will thank you.

If she enjoyed Toledo which as above is not a Michelin star but suggested I would return there. The prices are very reasonable compared to the steak houses in and near Disney. There are some great suggestions above but I would budget 1.5-2 times the cost of Toledo with the exception of Steakhouse 71 which will be similar pricing.

I love love love steak but have never had authentic A-5 Waygu beef, so next month we are going to Morimoto's at Disney Springs and I am splurging and going to try it. I might be disappointed but it is something I always wanted to try, hopefully it is just a bite, big smile and the oh ya head nod.

Thank you everyone for all of the great suggestions! We are staying at Port Orleans this time and coming end of July! No car so Disney transportation only

Don't know if it's the best. Read good reviews with City Works Eatery & Pour House & Whispering Springs. They both have NY Strip on the menu reasonably priced, and the pictures look very good too.
