GPS - Any certain brand I should consider?

How well does the wait time ap work? I have a wait time ap on my Google G1 and it isn't accurate at all. I tried it at Hollywood Studios on the Disney Mania ride and it said "5 min wait." Yeah, sure. Never that short of a wait unless you are the first 10 people in line when the park opens.

Unfortunately I can't answer that question yet. I'll be able to when we get back after Christmas. The two apps I have, WDW Wait Times and DL Wait Times by VersaEdge, are both free for the iPhone. They have much better reviews than the pay apps on the market for the iPhone. You can check these out at the iTunes app store.

The Navigon Mobile Navigator app is pricey by iPhone standards but reasonable by Tom Tom/Garmin GPS cost comparisons. I travel frequently in my employment and it has been extremely reliable. It's nice to have one unit I can use to listen music, give directions, and receive phone calls/texts/etc. seamlessly. Each free update has been a significant improvement to this app. It hasn't failed me yet.

FYI, Garmin Nuvi 205 on sale starting tomorrow at Stop & Shop for $88.88

Basic model not bad for new drivers.

I have seen some GPS listings for black friday...I bet I spent more than if I would have waited until next Friday. :sad2:

I can give an honest opinion comparing systems as DH has a Garmin for his work truck and a Magellan for his personal truck. He much much much prefers the Garmin and I have to say I do too, but really, give me a map any day.
