Sounds like an amazing trip for you and your son so far. I have never stayed at the Beach Club but my daughter would flip over that light fixture. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to following along...
The light fixture is actually from the Boardwalk Inn...but I do have quite a few pictures that I took while visiting the Beach Club later in the trip.
I couldn't help myself, I was snap happy almost everywhere.
We never got to Pepper Market this trip. It was a short trip--four days--and we spent most of it at the parks and ate there, and the morning we spent at the pool we had a big breakfast off site so never got to PM. We've always enjoyed it...but usually only eat there once or twice a trip. I still wonder if the rumkor of it turning to a buffet is true?
I hope the Pepper Market doesn't change. We very much enjoyed it as it was. Tasty, fresh cooked and for the usage of a only a counter service meal, it was a great way to feel as if you were eating a 'table service' one instead.
My favorite dish there was the shrimp and pesto pizza. DELICIOUS!
Your welcome I like it too. It's apparently the most frequently stolen hood ornament as while. I wonder why?
I read that the hood ornament was able to be removed at the push of a button. I bet many drivers don't leave it attached to the car because of the thefts. What a shame. Such a beautiful little bobble.

Nope, just turned 10...it's hard to believe that I might be eye to eye with him by the time he turns 11 but it's also not so far off. He is rapidly catching up with me (and I am not short by any means as I am 5' 7").
I am very happy that you allowed me to have so much fun playing Tink.
I felt as if I could almost have produced some pixie dust at the snap of my fingers.

It is so pretty there. I really enjoyed it. I now have a pool of four favorite resorts (I cannot pick one and even when I do, I change my mind the next day). AKL, CR, GF and now the BWI! It's a fantastic place! You will love it! So will Joe and Henry!
Checking in and heading to the food court to fill up my mug. Awesome start so far - love the pics. Gotta love the first class bump. I've only been bumped once and it was for the 28 min flight from Houston to Austin. (Where they serve your soda BEFORE you take off as there isn't time to do it in the air.) The resort pics are cool. I've always thought it looked like a fun place to stay.
Ahhh...the food court...filling a mug. I wish I was filling one along with you! To be back at Disney...

Well, believe it or not, I'm JUST NOW getting caught up! I subscribe to too many TR's, so it makes it hard to keep up. But I am enjoying being included in the fun.
So glad that Goofy's surprise went without a hitch. Those were the sweetest pictures you got of him. And FIRST CLASS! I'm impressed! Love Jeeves, as usual. And Boardwalk - what can I say? That place is GORGEOUS. It deserves all caps. Your room is so well done and it looks like you've stepped into a whole new era. I would have wanted to have taken that Minnie lamp home with me. And that view. I think Wilderness might just have some competition with me!

Ha ha ha, there was a lot in that room that I wanted to take home with me! The details were so well done and with tons of hidden Mickeys and characters it was a very Disney feeling place. Laid back and elegant at the same time, I really was drawn to it!
