Missed reporting in yesterday..drats!
W6D2 50 minutes with weights and lunge walking. Met a new machine to work ham strings!
Kim, one of the exercises to help with shin splints that was posted on the boards many years ago, was to write the alphabet with your toes while seated in a chair..like at a desk while you work. Helped me!
Off to get my walking done!
OK..W6D3 completed!! 55 minutes TM, 20 minutes ST whoo hoo!! Leaving for VA in a few hours. Hope I can keep up the exercise at the hotel fitness rooms!!
