According to Lisas FB page he is out of surgery and they were able to get it laprascopicly. Hopefully he will recover quickly and be able to get out of the hospital soon.

That is great they were able to do it laprascopicly. My dad got an infection and had to have his removed with a full incision. He was in the hospital for a week afterwards. I had mine out laprascopicly, went home the next day and was pretty much 100% 3 days later and was very happy to be rid of the darn thing.

Thank you everyone for all the prayers and pixie dust! Paul was fairly awake and talking for about 3 1/2 hours after he got out of recovery. He's been back in an exhausted sleep most of the time since. It's the best he's sounded or looked in 3-4 days. He may get out tomorrow if he does well enough.

It's been so amazing to have so much support and love from around the Boards and on Facebook and Twitter. Pete and Walter have been so supportive and have taken such good care of us! Walter sat with me for the past few days and kept me sane and calm and stuck up for us when necessary. I can never thank them enough. There aren't words.

Please keep the prayers and pixie dust coming. We have to figure out when he will be able to fly home to Florida and he's still suffering the typical post-op unpleasantness. Thank you all for the pixie dust, support & prayers!
