Last visit my DH was having a hard time trying to find a good cup of coffee. Any suggestions for the boardwalk area (where we were last year), and not that nescafe junk they try serve. We'll be at the swan this february so I'd assume they serve better coffee. If it's the same there, I'll take suggestions for just about anywhere in the "world", a good cup o' jo is worth the trip!

I believe the swan and dolphin lobbies use Starbucks for their coffee. Also the coffee at the Poly is supposed to be good as well

The coffee is at the Poly is quite good. The good stuff is sold at Kona Cafe and at the counter service adjacent to the cafe. Kona Cafe also sells Kona coffee by the pound. Some people buy the ground Kona coffee to take back to their room and enjoy throughout their trip.

Spoodles has a signature blend in a press pot at Breakfast (and at dinner by request) And it's not Nescafe

Boma (and I think Jiko too) has the special Kenyan blend. It is strong, deep, and definitely not Nescafe!

Thanks for all the tips. I think on our next trip we'll be traveling for breakfast. Last Feb my DH and I were going crazy, we got a coffee at just about anywhere that sold it, and lets just say alot of it ended up in the garbage!

def try the writer's stop in MGM. they have an amazing iced mochaccino :cloud9:

If you are headed to Animal Kingdom, you can always stop off at McDonalds. Believe it or not, they have really good ice coffee in my opinion. Otherwise, there is a coffee stand inside the lobby of the Swan as mentioned above...

This place is a real find! In the morning, they also offer muffins, so you can have a nice breakfast here.

Sleepy Hollow in MK has espresso and other coffee drinks that are not Nescafe (isn't that nasty!).

I am glad that we are having breakfast at our OKW villa this trip. I'll be bringing down a pound of Dunk's with me. Yeah!

My husband brings his own coffee - he doesn't care for Starbucks, and the other alternatives are not good or too far from where we are in the morning. We are DVC now - so we always will have his own supplies with us.

I bring my own Tim Horton's coffee and buy filters & real cream at the grocery store so that I can have a decent coffee in the AM.
