Sorry forgot to mention that any hotel is fine by me and i dont mind sharing a room. I still dont know if I will be able to make it as we have yet to decide whether or not we are going on holiday. If we dont go away I will be there with bells on and more than likely for both nights - although its a long way from Surrey so I might look at getting a train.

This can be a double celebration for me as I turn the big 30 just over a week later (not sure if I am happy about that or not).

Just have to try to convince Andy that you are not all a bunch of loons and I will have to be extra nice to him as its our wedding anniversay on the 14th.

I am really hoping that we can make a decision on our hotel in the next few days, as with so many of us coming, we really need to get that sorted

Personally, as soon as our hotel has been decided on, then I will be booking a room for me and my 'roomy' straight away

It really is up to you when you book your room, as I can appreciate that quite a few people can't make arrangements until nearer the time

To be honest Deb, I didn't know where to start with that

I didn't want one person to have to be responsible for booking everyone's room, this way everyone was only responsible for their own (and their roomy's booking)

Though any help in finding a discount would be great

How about asking them to reserve the group booking rooms and tell them they will recieve the payments and phonecalls seperately, but agree a date where the rooms go back on general sale and not at the group rate, duno if it would work.
