Afternoon.
Molly good to see you although I am sorry things are not going well for you! ((hugs))
I too have the transformers ad. There are SO many good movies coming out. We have talked about how many we want to see but alas can't see them all. We end up missing half of them and waiting till they come out on dvd it seems. In fact I think there is one at the video store now that just came out that I have to go check out but right now there is still so much on tv and with us going to swim every night I haven't had a chance to go. Right now it is pretty much just the weekends that I rent and that is going to get hectic too once the meets start cuz once we get home we are usually trashed. But at least for now we don't have practice on fridays and we want to see Star Trek, Transformers, of course the new Harry Potter and oh about a bunch of other stuff that I can't think of but I know there is a ton. Terminator I know is one too!
Anyway the other exciting news is mom got our tickets today for D. C. so our trip is officially on! So now I really have to get moving on what the heck we are going to do when we get there. We got a bunch of maps and a tour book from AAA on Monday but it is so scary and nerve wracking going some where you have never been before cuz I am not sure which areas are ok to go and which aren't. I have a BUNCH of books but still it is just overwhelming all the info. I wish they had sites like this one where I could ask questions. I asked me friend that lives in Pennsylvania as I am pretty sure she has probably been at least once (they travel a lot) so hopefully she can give me some advice and mom has a friend who goes a lot on business. So our next order of business is getting a hotel that is priced decent and "safe". THEN I have to make our itinerary. There is just SO much to see and do there and you can't possibly do it all in a week!
I am excited though to finally get to go. I have been wanting to go for years!
Anyway about to pick the girls up here in a few. They said it was going to be 85 here today but it is a bit windy today so not too bad yet. I am glad. Although this wind is playing heck with my allergies. Gotta love it.
