She is brutal. This morning she told me I had dirt on my face. I looked in the mirror and realized she was talking about my eyeshadow. I asked her if it made me look pretty. She said no, it made me look dirty.![]()
Oh you poor thing! Maybe someday you'll have to have a trip when we are there, and you can borrow DS. He's towards the end of 4, and once he gets used to you he'll shower you with compliments. He loves what makeup does to my face...he watched us get ready for hubby's work party last week, and went back and forth between bathrooms, telling each of us how beautiful and handsome we looked. Maybe I'll have him have a little convo with your girl.

I might have to do a little homework.
Is there wifi at the HOJO's? Does it cost anything?
We have been prompted to pay when we try to hook into wireless at hojo. But they have a router with a cord for free internet, just not wireless. I suggest bringing a longer cord, though; the ones they have had in the rooms only allowed for someone to sit on the bed, an inch away from the bedstand, and they are pretty loose and come out every so often.
Ya know--it's that grass is greener thing sometimes?
Definitely. Since I was the last of my friends (who got married) to get married, I envied them from the first wedding, and within 2 years of each wedding, they envied me. They routinely "lived vicariously" through me...all the while I sat home on weekends, I was dumped cruelly, sure I had some "fun" but the bad times were really rotten and they *knew* this but still liked to hear about the good times.
And then the two friends who should never have married their dudes have both divorced...watching all of them was really eye-opening...the second friend wasn't divorced at the time of my wedding, but he was already making plans to leave her, it turned out and we found out later, at that time.

Don't get me wrong...it would be the ultimate in romance to marry your childhood sweetheart, but not like the first divorced friend, just b/c you got pregnant while broken up and forced to make the baby legitimate b/c the groom's father is in politics...

That's what you think. When was the last time you were on a trampoline?![]()

Did you read the moon-bounce baby thread on Disney for Families several months back (and before that, 9 months earlier)? The Dis'er bought a bounce for her daughter's birthday, and her hubby wanted to "try it out", and then the moonbounce baby was conceived. She even tried it out as she went over her duedate, it worked! It was a very funny thread. So watch out, Beth, unless you're a fan of FIVE! (or more!)
Ah well, that explains it. I don't drink and I don't eat very much beef.
A certain popular Adam Ant song is starting to run through my head about you....that song described me until my senior year of college b/c I was very far behind my friends in terms of innocence stuff.

You did see me on Sunday right??![]()
There is no way any 2X would ever fit me, especially in a tee.

Cheryl, I swear I am not exaggerating.Check my closet, it is full of 2X and 3X. Only recently have the 2X's started to fit, and some still don't.

I'm glad you've come to your senses. I've seen your pictures, and your shirts are very VERY baggy on you, so even though you wear those sizes, you *could* wear smaller sizes, I know you could.
I'm drastically sick. It's super-fun.
Something I learned today about being sick...even though I avoid dairy when sick, I still do NEED my coffee, b/c otherwise I get a no-caffeine headache. Finally realized it at around 5, and sent my one-day-behind-me-in-sickness hubby out for a mocha, and shortly thereafter my massive and intolerable headache was gone. I didn't want to take anything for the headache or my sickness b/c we're in constant TTC mode, and I try to avoid those drugs, so I was glad the caffeine worked (I don't drink much, but I do drink it, and it turns out I need it).
So this illness with ear pain, exhaustion, joint pain, stabbing pains...yeah, NOT fun! Hubby's got it (though he tends to go through sicknesses faster than I do) and today Eamon started to sniffle. JOY.
So I have to get better, significantly, tonight so that I can take care of my boys tomorrow.
How does that go along with staying up to almost midnight?
Take a look back at the 5pm coffee comment.
