Gianna and Sophia's First Trip to Disney World September 2014!!

So finally doing an update. I know it has been so long and I didn't keep up too well with my PTR. We finalized our fast passes a couple of weeks ago. I do not think I like this new system. I think I am going to like the old fashion way of walking up to the machine when I want and putting my card in for a time. I was not able to get a fast pass for Elsa and Anna which I wasn't surprised. Not sure if I can going to keep the times for anything or just go with the flow. I guess it depends on the girls.

I was able to finally get a reservation for breakfast at Chef Mickeys so I am very happy about that. I am still trying to to get BOG and Cinderella's Royal table. I am hoping something will open for those.

We finalized our magic bands a couple weeks ago so I can not wait to receive those. That won't be for a little while though. I think we have until the 25th to finalize them.

I have been doing some shopping for the girls. Kohls had a huge sale a couple of weeks ago so I got the girls a bunch of shorts and shirts. The receipt said I saved $130. I was shocked.

We received our tickets for MNSSHP. I am beyond excited for this. I got the girls their costumes. Gianna is going to be Belle and Sophia is going to be Rapunzel. I also received the Memory Maker. I can't wait to use that and they just announced you can add the Tower of Terror video to it.

I ordered some stuff on Etsy for the girls. Those items are so cute. I have received some already but still waiting for some to ship. Here some pictures of what I ordered.

Oh my, too much cuteness! Love all the girly stuff. Etsy is the best place for that! I can't really find much for boys. Maybe one day i'll have a girl to buy frilly, pink things for!

We got our luggage tags yesterday and our booklet about our trip and magical express vouchers. I was so excited when I saw that envelope. I also booked the Villain’s Sinister Soiree: A Wicked Takeover of Cinderella Castle last night. I couldn't make reservations until last night so I was so afraid since yesterday was the first day to book there would be nothing left. I am looking forward to this. We get a special spot to watch the parade and fireworks and then have dessert after in Cinderella's Castle. Hopefully Sophia can make it through...lol

I love, love, love all of the girls' outfits! They look so cute, even if they don't like to participate for the camera

I don't think I'm crazy about the new FP system either, but I will wait until my trip to say for sure. It's too bad that you couldn't get a FP for Anna and Elsa, maybe you will get lucky and one will open up when you go on to check!

I am counting down the days. We are almost in the single digits. We would have been in single digits now if we were going next week our original week.

UGH!! I just wrote a whole thing out on my ipad and it erased. I am so annoyed.

Anyway we are getting so close to the trip. I am counting down and can not wait until we reach the single digits. A lot has been going on the last couple of weeks. We have received our magic bands. YAY!!! We have received our luggage tags and our MNSSHP passes and memory maker card. I Gianna received her Belle costume for the party and bugs me every day to wear it with her Belle shoes. She was waking up every morning and asking all day long are we going to Disney World yet. I finally had to say it isn't ready for us yet. So not she asks is Disney World ready yet and hands me the phone to call them and see. I think she does that because whenever I have to make an important phone call and need her to be quiet I say shhh I am calling Disney and she goes ooooo ok and is quiet. I don't know what I am going to do once the trip is over. I am going to have to find something to bribe her with but how can you top Disney. I also purchased a bunch of things for them to do on the plane to keep them occupied and that just came in the mail today. Here is a picture of Gianna in her Belle costume.



Our tv comepletely stopped working which is the worst time since we are going on a trip in a couple weeks. The only good thing is it went on the Thursday before Labor Day weekend so they were having some nice sales. I have a pc richards credit card so I was able to do financing as well which was awesome. My friend came over to help set it up because he is tech savvy and pulled out two 3D glassed. He was like oh you got the 3D tv. I was no I didn't want that and don't need. Well apparently I did and had no clue. I just wanted a smart tv not one with 3D though. Who really needs that and I didn't think it would be good for just a tv. If I knew I would have gotten the 3D blu-ray player instead of the regular one. Well we tried it out and it is awesome. But in all honesty if I knew even now I still wouldn't get it. When am I really going to use it and are there even 3D movies out there. We found a few on demand but I feel for us it is a waste. Anyway the whole reason for this post is of course the first thing I wanted to try on the blu-ray play was a blu-ray disney movie. I know you guys would appreciate and participate in my enthusiasm for the pictures I took....lol Well I hope at least I am not the only crazy one who loved it.








Gianna started her dance class last week and also started preschool. I wanted to cry the first day I dropped her off. She went in no problems and loves it. She loves her dance class as usual. I am looking for a part time job not because I want to be with the girls and don't want to miss out on anything. My mom is also having a hard time taking care of both of them. It is a lot for her while we are at work full time. Gianna also got her new furniture since we redid her room. We are still waiting for her headboard and footboard to come which does on the Saturday before we leave. But her dresser, mirror and nightstand came. Here are a few pictures from the last week.











Sophia has her checkup on Monday for her hip dysplasia and her x-ray. I am stressing out so much over this I am not really sleeping at night. I can't wait until it is over. She is doing well though. She is walking really well and is now running. She tries to climb on everything so I am taking that as a good sign. I just get very anxious for these appointments and can't wait until they are over. Not to leave her out here are a few pictures of my happy little baby girl. We call her our little comedian. She has such a personality and is so funny.







Oh and Gianna has decided this is the week she wants to potty train. Yes just 2 weeks before we leave that is when she decides she wants to use the potty. I have been trying for months to get her to be potty trained before school started but she was so stubborn. Now that I had decided maybe I will wait to try again after the trip it will be easier no she has other plans and has been using the potty every day and has been wearing underwear. So now I am on a search for portable potty to take just in case because who knows if she decides next week to not do it at all. I couldn't believe 2 weeks before we leave this is what she wants to do. So I am going to buy her new special Disney underwear for the trip.

Anyway that is what is new for the trip and what has been going on just this last week. Hope everyone is doing well and has a great weekend.

I'm trying to think of things to take on the plane for DS. I'm going to download a few Peppa Pigs onto the iPad and probably some movies, but I think I need tangible things for him to play with and use. What did you order?

Ugh, sorry about the tv. Our main tv in the living room is a 3D Smart TV that we got back in 2011. We don't use the smart part at all and RARELY use the 3D aspect. When a good movie comes out that we really like and feel it's worth it to be purchased on 3D, we'll do that. A few friends come over and want to watch movies in 3D but we only have 4 glasses. So it sucks when 4 or more want to watch. But I agree with you. 3D isn't really needed much here, but I guess it's nice to have.

Praying that all goes well on Monday and hopefully you will keep us posted on that.

I was debating about trying to Potty train DS before we go. Honestly, diapers just seem so much easier right now. He has a training potty and is a little afraid of it, so we may just attempt it when we get back.

Well for those episodes I have, I had to pay for those in iTunes under TV Shows. But I had found a document about how to get movies off of DVDS onto the iPad so you don't have to pay for every episode/movie. I plan on puting a few of our Disney DVD's onto the iPad. Well for those episodes I have, I had to pay for those in iTunes under TV Shows. But I had found a document about how to get movies off of DVDS onto the iPad so you don't have to pay for every episode/movie. I plan on puting a few of our Disney DVD's onto the iPad. It's probably too late now as you're getting ready to leave!

We are three days out and Sophia is sick. This is what I was afraid of. She had fever yesterday but it was low temps. She is cutting all four k9 teeth right so now so not sure if it is that or she actually has something. Perfect timing for her to cut all four teeth. I hope they break through by Monday. It looks one did break through and the others are right there. She should be fine for Monday since this started Wednesday but I am worried if she is actually sick that Gianna will get it. So now I am stressing about that. We are trying to keep them apart but it is so hard.

We are almost completely packed. Just want to do some last minute laundry Sunday and finish that. Tomorrow want to clean the house and run the last of my errands. Sunday need to finish packing and cleaning and bring Gianna to get our nails done. Also have to pick up MIL. Hopefully the next few days go fast, Sophia is better and Gianna doesn't catch it,

It appears to be much more complicated than I thought it was going to be. It involves downloading 2 apps to convert, etc...It would definitely be easier at this time to just pay for some movies

All is well with us. Hope you guys are doing well. I was just catching up on your TR and see you are watching your nephew now. I miss them that young sometimes lol.

I am hoping to start soon. Things have been crazy since we got back. I went on an interview and started a new part time job. Just getting the girls back into our daily routine again and then they both got sick with colds. We had my brother in laws wedding reception. DH is looking for a new job so has been going on interviews as well. We have been running around like crazy. Hoping to start this week/weekend.
