Gianna and Sophia's First Trip to Disney World September 2014!!

I totally have to join this pre-trip report! We'll be there the same week next year! :thumbsup2 Our dates are Sept 20 - Sept 27th. YAY!

Gianna and Sophia are precious! They're going to have a blast on their first trip to Disney!

I can totally relate on how you felt when your daughter dislocated her elbow. Mallory broke her leg the night before we had Chloe Grace so we were both in different sections of the hospital that morning. It was so stressful and I felt SO awful that I couldn't be with her. She was with my mama in the ER and my husband was running back and forth from there to L&D. :scared:

Thank you. I could not imagine Gianna breaking her leg the night before I would have Sophia. That must have been so hard for you and so very stressful. Not something you needed when you were having a baby.

How cool that you are going to be there the same week. :)

It looks like you had a wonderful weekend away - some relaxing for mom and lots of fun for the girls!

Less than a year until your trip!! :yay: That's an exciting milestone to pass when you start planning really far out.

I am still here. :) Things have been a little busy lately. My mom is in the process of moving. I got new hours at work so now I work 8:00-3:30. I get to spend more time with the girls. I got sick this week so I was exhausted and trying to not let the girls catch it. Hoping they still aren't sick but Gianna was sneezing yesterday. We will see how she it when she wakes up today. Sophia is 6 months today. It goes so fast. I thought it went fast with Gianna but your second goes even faster. I want time to just stop for a little. Before I know it they will be graduating high school. :(

Hope everyone had a great Halloween. Gianna had a blast and loved it. She was Tinkerbell and Sophia was Minnie Mouse. I didn't get the best pictures. I took them with my phone. I was going to bring my camera but when I got home from work the weather was so nasty that I didn't want to bring my camera in it. Here are a few blurry pictures.

The only planning I have done is fighting with Jetblue to use my credits. I have about a $900 credit to use but the September rates aren't out yet and my credit is good until November 10. I was able to extend to November 24th. Big whoop. A whole 2 weeks. The lady told me she wishes she could but its the computer that automatically does it. I'm sorry but I am pretty sure you can do something with the computer so I don't lose my credit but whatever. My moms friend is going away in February so she said she would use my credit and give me the money. Thank goodness for her. Hope everyone had a great Halloween.

I was sick for a little over 2 weeks! It was nuts. It was definitely the longest a cold has ever lasted for me. Right now I still can't have long conversations without needing to cough due to a tickle in my throat. So annoying! Hope Gianna doesn't get sick.

The girls look so cute dressed up! Gianna looks super excited to go trick-or-treating :)

Hopefully your friend will be able to use those credits. That would be great if that can happen! Let us know what happens.

The lingering cough after is the worst. I can't stand it. Gianna did get a little something but it wasn't bad and it only lasted a couple of days.

Gave all the information to my moms friend and I am 99% sure she will be using the credit so that would help so much.

The girls look so cute in their halloween costumes!!

I'm glad that you found someone to help you with your flight credit so that you don't lose it.

Man, hopefully everything works out with those credits!
And adorable Halloween costumes? She makes a great Tinkerbell!

Thank you! My moms friend ended up using my credit. I am so thankful.

Reached 299 days until our trip!!! Less than 300 finally. :rotfl2: Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!!

You are under 300 and I'm under 100! I just posted about that on my PTR! haha! :rotfl: They are getting closer!! :cloud9:

Just jumping on to say hi to everyone and that I am still here. Things have been crazy since before Christmas. The girls have been passing a cold back and forth to each other since then. No matter how hard we tried to keep them apart I think it was just in the air. Knick on wood they have both been good for about 2 weeks now.

Poor Sophia went back on her brace full time right when she was sick. I think I mentioned she had hip dysplasia when she was born. I don't even remember what I tell anymore. Lol. Her orthopedic doctor said her angles changed a little and she thinks she is being overly cautious but we would rather that than surgery. She was only in it full time for 4 weeks. She just went down to part time, when she sleeps at night, a week ago. She is also getting her 4 top teeth in at once. I feel so bad for her but she is such a good baby. After all this she is still so happy and smiles and laughs at everything. When she was in the brace full time it didn't phase her or stop her. She crawled all over the place, sat up and even would stand up. She is such a good baby.

So onto the trip. We got our flash drive in the mail before Christmas. I had no idea what it was. I thought it was one of the girls Christmas gifts that I forgot about. When I realized what it was I was so excited. I already created out magic bands. We are 218 days out!!! I get to book our dining reservations soon. I can't wait. Still have to find time to make them more definite. My pins on Pinterest are growing. I really need to stop. It is an addiction.

Well I hope everyone is doing well. Hoping to get back on here and back to reading everyone's reports. I am slacking big time.

Yay so glad to see an update on this TR! :cool1:

It's coming up quick!:dance3::dance3:

I don't remember you saying she has hip dysplasia. So how long does she need to be in a brace?

I know. I can't believe I am almost under 200 days!!! I feel once spring comes it will fly by.

From the day she was born she was in a harness full time for 6 weeks and then part time for 6 weeks. She was out of the harness by August last summer. She has to be checked by her orthopedist until she is at least 2 years old. She gets X-rays now to check her angles on her hips and her doctor, during her December checkup, felt her angles were a little off. Now it could have been the X-ray or even the position but she didn't want to take the chance and put her in a brace full time for 4 weeks. We just went for another check up last week and her doctor was so happy with her angles. They were in normal range so now she is in the brace just part time now. We go back on St. Patty's day for another check so hopefully she will be done. I can't complain though. She has done so well. Babies usually are in a brace the first year of their life or need surgery. Knock on wood she hasn't had that.

I can't believe it's already the 5th of MARCH already! Your trip is not too far away and mine is 10 months away.:yay::dance3:

Oh that's so great that she hasn't needed surgery!:goodvibes

I know it is going so fast. Did you start a PTR for your trip? Is it on your other thread? I feel like I can't remember a lot these days...lol I am trying to catch up on all threads now.

Pssh heck no! :lmao: At the rate i'm going, I probably won't even be done with my current TR by the time i'm in Florida in January! :rotfl: Actually, I do need to hurry up and get that TR done and start a PTR.

I always feel like if i'm not on for 3 or 4 days, I'm PAGES behind on all my subscriptions.

I know it's so hard. It's easier to update on Facebook than here. Facebook is just a click away on the phone. Lol. Once everything settles down here and it gets closer I need to get on here to update more. Right now I am not planning anything so I don't need to update. I am going to do a real life update now since that is all I can really update on.
