Getting to know you thread.

Hi

Sorry to bombard your board. I am really interested in this board now that I have plans to move to Canada and will be visiting BC in May 08. I thought it would be nice to have a get to know you thread.

I will start.

My name is Michelle and I am 28. I live in Kent in the UK. I am an Auxhiliary Nurse (Not registered). I would like to finish my nurse training in Canada, when we move. I am married and my dh is training to become an Accountant. I have three wonderful children. Casey (girl) aged 7, Ethan Age 3 and Callum Age 3.

I have been to WDW now 5 times and will be going twice this year. My dh is taking the kids camping, while I go away with the girls to WDW in August. One of the girls I am going away with I met on the disboards. We have become very good friends.

I will also be going on our annual family trip in November with the children. This is the first time we have been in November. So we will be doing the christmas party. I cant wait. I have booked two weeks in PORR.

Dh and I would love to Canada. I have been posting here recently. I have spoken to many lovely disers on this board. We are booking our flights in the new year. I have found a lovely villa in BC and I cant wait to come over.

I'm Joline, but many call me Jo...I am 29, and I am a Registered Nurse, just finishing my school this past December. I work in Pediatrics and LOVE my job. I have been to WDW 4 times (I think?!?!) and am returning this December. I live in Edmonton, Alberta. I have a great DBF who treats me like GOLD, and I couldn't imagine my life without him. We are hoping to get married next year, depending on some factors.

My name is Sandi. I'm 37 with a husband and two kids (Erik, 11 and Sara, 8). We live in Kamloops, British Columbia. We're currently planning our second trip to WDW in March, 2008 (Wooo hooo!!!!)

I noticed on another thread that you are thinking of moving to Canada, if possible. What resort/place in BC are you planning to stay at? Just curious if I'd know it or not.

I've lived in Kamloops almost my whole life, with a few years in Ontario thrown in for good measure. If you're thinking of moving to Canada, I can categorically say (and without any bias, mind you that BC is the most beautiful province that I've been to in Canada!

No matter where you move to in Canada, I think you'll love it.
