Well, I'm looking at you guys to help with the motivation part
Today we have a party to go to and next week we're hosting a party and relatives. After that I have 2 months to devote myself to getting in some kind of walking shape.
Anyone know anything about the blood type diet? I'm just curious, because I was reading up on some things, not necessarily for weight loss...although I could certainly benefit from it...but for food sensitivity. I'm type O and it recommends basically gluten and dairy and corn free for type O's.

but I just want to get in shape for all the walking in Disney.

. I know I should have gotten a good burn going on Friday, but I kept worrying that she was upset and I would get called in again. She didnt though and I had enough time to shower and dress before I went to get her from the room. I also bought my GNC shakes for the month as well as all the good foods. I just keep telling myself I CAN DO THIS!
Were supposed to be getting orders before this deployment is up though. I'm originally from a warmer state and these winters are harsh on me. I like to get out and go but with waist high snow it's a little difficult.
Yep, winters in NY (and the economy and cost of living) were a big reason we chose to leave ...
. I did about 20 minutes of a zumba class today (AFTER I did the stuff I'm going to mention so after that there was little to no energy to do zumba) as well as running on the treadmill for 10 minutes, eliptical for 15 minutes and a circut of weights. I had my total lean shake for breakfast and it wasnt to tasty (new flavor) so I think I need to read the directions for this flavor...I'm thinking i have to make it with skim milk.
