Getting from Epcot to Downtown Disney

I am 173 days out so I'm booking my dining reservations. If I am at Epcot until just before closing...which will be 9 that day...will I be able to make a 10pm reservation at T-Rex? I know the best way is to exit by the resorts and walk to a resort then take the bus to DTD but with the park closing will they all be very crowded or will I have no problem making my reservation time? Thanks!

I would walk out and grab a taxi. There will be plenty around, and it will save you a ton of time and hassle.

Timing would be tight with the bus, The only way to be sure that you'll get there on time is to take a taxi.
