Getting around WDW and orlando without a hire car!

Hello,

first of all I am sorry if you have read my similar message in th uk forum.

4 days and counting till our visit. This will be our 4th time to wdw and we have never had a hire car.

In the past we have used mears. Initailly we used the airport shuttle and also we have ued them to get from the disney resorts to I-Drive. As there was just two of us we paid $20 each for a return to Sea world. Then if we wanted to go to say the The Belz we just hopped on the green I-Ride for 75 cents.

This year things are slighty different. firstly we land at sanford and have organised a limo/sedan with driver to pick us up.

secondly we are bringing my mum. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get from bwv to i-Drive cheaply?

Any idea on how much a taxi would cost? It does not matter where on i-drive, the closer to bw the better, as we like the I-ride.

Just an update. I found the mears website through the Sanford Int airport page. I have emailed them and asked them for two quotes ie How much a taxi costs from Downtown Dis to Seaworld and to The Belz.

They replied very quickly and stated:

DTD to Seaworld was $15 one way

and

DTD to the Belz was $25 one way !

I was very pleased . Obviously the fare would alter depending in the time of day.
