Apps and shopping apps

Hi I wasn't sure where to post this so Trying here, please bare with me I am autistic and struggle to explain myself .
So I was on Orlando last year and we stayed in a villa , I had big trouble with Uber app and apps for getting shopping delivered they needed to verify with a USA phone number and we don't have one . Is there away around this ? I am sure families use Uber and get food delivered all the time so wondered if I was just doing some thing wrong? Should I down load in USA not home or vise verser?
We coming again next year and don't want the issue again help please

The shoppers generally need the ability to text you while they shoppers for you. They generally text you while they on the way.

Some suggestions. Take an Uber or Lyft to the store and do your own shopping. You'll get what you want and avoid the markups and fees charged.

Get US phone #.

Order from a service like Amazon.

I can't order Uber it never worked when was out there , that was my main issue
