This is my 1st reservation - I can"t remember what option I pushed but they sounded right. I think 1 and 1. It keeps telling me to have my #, dates, and destination ready. It also tells me a vacation advisor will be with me shortly, but no time. I have been on hold for 71 mins. I just hope I am in the right que. Any advice from those who have done this before? Thanks!!!
You are in the right queue. When they pick up you can make things go faster by stating your membership number, your name, the last 4 digits of your social, your address, your home phone number....then tell them what you want. I stated everything cleary (and not too fast) without her asking and she said that really helped. It was super fast for her to take care of me after that.
What a waste of a day (just want to spend time w/ the kids on their day off). And, what a waste of $$$ (cell phone bill).

!!!! I got back in after a couple of minutes and was disconnected again. Is my luck really that bad? I am so discouraged!! I am finally back in with another 25 minute approx hold wait. Please tell me this is extremely abnormal!!!!!!! We just purchased at Bay Lake on January 30th while we were at Disney. I just hope we still get what we want

I will be calling back to confirm my H/C room because they are unable at this time to call special service's for this due to the resort not being open yet
I was told there would be a notation on my reservation for the roll in shower.
