I guess I am the first who didn't get what they wanted. We were looking for BLT 12/29 -1/4 Studio MK View. We got the dates but had to take a Lake view because MK view was all gone. DH is so dissappointed.

I am sitting here literally crying right now. It's so stupid I know. I wanted a 1 bedroom MK view Aug 4 through Aug 8 and they are all gone. After dialing for an hour, being on hold for 20 minutes, I didn't get what I wanted.

It's so silly I know. I got a 1 bedroom lake view and I'm sure it will be nice but....

I'm so sorry you guys!!

ok, so 75 minutes dialing in, around 25 on hold, and we have our reservation. We got our 2nd choice - BLT Studio, Dec 29 thru Jan 2 - we wanted Standard View but had to settle for Lake view for an extra 13 points. At least it's booked and I can start my day.

woohoo... got my mK view studio for halloween week. called at 9:00, 10:14 on hold, 10:40 connected to MS. Whew, what a morning- now i can go get something to eat.

got mkv studio 8 and 9 dec. Had to take std view for 6 & 7 as mkv studio sold out as well as 10th.

BLT is ahead of schedule but is only half sold. They want to rent out the unsold inventory (thru CRO?) ASAP so they moved up the booking dates.

Total insanity IMO to have 2 new, limited availability properties come on line the same day, though!

Yeah, could they not have made the BLT date one week or even one DAY after the THV date?!

Hooray!! We got 2-bdrm LV for 10/23-10/26/09.

We started calling at 9:00am. After 49 minutes of straight busy signal, got through only to be cut off at option #2.

Finally got through again at 10:20 and after twenty minutes on hold, got what we wanted.

My sister finally was able to talk to a CM and gave our dates. Unfortunately her computer is having issues. She put her on hold for ten minutes, then came back to ask for a call back number. She said she'd call her back when her system is working again. She was told we have a room. We are not so confident.

My sister was called back with her reservation number. We are now booked in a one bedroom for Oct. 29 thru Nov. 5.
