Waited for 1 hour 55 minutes of hitting redial on TWO phones until I got through. Did get through once at 9:35 am but was disconnected when I hit the second prompt. Then waited for 25 minutes on hold when I finally did get through, and ended up getting a 1 bedroom Lake View 8/31- 9/4 and a 1 bedroom SV 12/31- 1/3.

I did get what I wanted (sort of - the 1 bedroom part was way more important to me than the view) but am NOT happy about the wait time or the way the new bookings for both resorts were placed on the same day. Got to take the survey at the end and feel a little bit better.

The CM I had - Josh - did not put me on hold while confirming the ressie, he just went through the cancellation process in minute detail. It was boring but WAY better than being back on hold!

After 90 minutes of busy signals, 25 minutes on hold, I got my THV for December 31 and January 1st and had to waitlist December 30th. So I now I can continue on with my day...

How funny!! I was thinking of changing our ressie from a 1br to 2br so I called MS and got in on the 1ST try!! This morning, I think it was more like 200 tries! I ended up hanging up though, since I'm not sure if our extended family is going with us anyway.

Just finished booking - Jan. 1st to Jan. 6th THV. We'll be spending New Years at Disney!

Let's see, that's 2 and half hours of my life 2 hours of dialing, and 25 min. on hold, and took me 5 minutes to book!

But at least it's done.

LOL, I was thinking the same thing: Bruce Springsteen tickets just went on sale on Friday - sold out in half an hour, and immediately went on sale on Ebay- wonder if the reservations will hit the renters board anytime soon?

This is my 1st reservation - I can"t remember what option I pushed but they sounded right. I think 1 and 1. It keeps telling me to have my #, dates, and destination ready. It also tells me a vacation advisor will be with me shortly, but no time. I have been on hold for 71 mins. I just hope I am in the right que. Any advice from those who have done this before? Thanks!!!

That's very odd - you were on hold before me, and I am now done my reservation. Do you have another phone line you can try using? It's very odd indeed. The time of wait is announced in the beginning of the wait and isn't repeated again.
