Genie + on Debarkation Day?

After the cruise we will be staying at WDW for 3 days, probably at All Stars Music, will we be able to book our first Genie + Rides that morning at 7? or can we at least start once we clear customs?

Yes, you should be able to book G+ at 7am while onboard the ship. When you do online check-in for the resort set your arrival time to the earliest available, and you are considered a resort guest for the full day of arrival even if you don't yet have a resort room assigned.

We just did it last Saturday on the Fantasy. Disney transfer departed PC at 9am and dropped us at resort 10ish. Stored our luggage with Bell services for the day. Took the Disney transport to the magic kingdom. I think we were in the park by 11:30.
