So it looks like the whole week of Thanksgiving and after are blacked out. Hmm that stinks. I arrive on the 19th and leave on the 27th I wonder if I would get the discount for the entire time seeing that some of my trip is covered during that time? I'llmhave to check on that, does anyone know? Congrats to all who saved a bit! :cheer2:

Hiya,

I got a discount applied to two ressies (can't book more than 10nights in a row and we were after 12 total):

11/16 - 11/25
11/25 - 11/28

So I should think you'll be able to get it too - good luck!

At least we are going!! Would have been great to have been able to save money - Good luck to everyone else!!

Are you open to changing resorts? maybe they have something at CSR or CBR or something?

My DH and I are staying at the WL courtyard view Nov.26th-Dec.2nd. I called WDW at 7:40 this morning and was told nothing was available.

I know there was availability for those dates for AKL and YC.

Okay, I am using a new place to book my Disney reservation. My original reservation:
5 nights/5 days at All Star Sports with dining
3 Adults, Me, DH and DS(10)
1 Child DS (5)

Original Quote is $1884.15 I want a code oh so badly!!! I've emailed my person about the code and she is working hard at getting one for me!! I just hope the pixie dust :wizard: comes my way.

But just curious as to what kind of discount I would get---CAN ANYBODY FIGURE THIS OUT FOR ME?

I think I might have to change my reservation to 5 nights/6 days-anyone?? :confused3

10/5 - 10/10 (5 nights) at AKL Savannah with 5 day base tickets 2253.06. Yippee! By the way I tried every single deluxe and found no availablity under this code for my timeframe except a honeymoon something at the GF.

Glad you have a great AAA TA--mine on the other hand is not so great. She is is out of town and when I told her about the codes (before she left) she passed my file along to someone else. The person she passed my file along to has no idea what she is doing. I called CRO to see if there were even rooms available during my visit with the code and there were. I would save $300 over my AAA discount. When I called my AAA "substitute" rep back, she said she called and the code can not be applied to the AAA discount---DUH!!!! I could have told her that! Now she tells me she will have to call me later--she has someone at her desk! THIS IS WAY TOO FRUSTRATING! This person incompedence could cost me $300!!! :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

You can call Disney and book the package yourself if you want, and then cancel the AAA package. When my TA first called this morning at 7 am, she got a CM who told her there was nothing available at all for the entire week at AKL. My TA said she would try again when she got to work. Meanwhile, I called Disney and got a TA who was able to book the package with a code for me. She said it wouldn't interfere with the AAA reservation because that one was not in there system under my name.

Anyway, apparently my TA had tried again and called me to say she got the code applied, so I'm sticking with her package so she gets the commission (she's been a great - even went so far as to call from home this morning since she doesn't go in to the office until 10:30 am).

Good luck! pixiedust:

Believe me...if it was any other time of year, I would cancel and rebook with Disney in a heartbeat..BUT it's Thanksgiving and I would loose all my ADR that I worked so hard to get! Thankgoodness at least we don't have to go through the TA for that! It was nice of your TA to give you her home number--I can't even get the MANAGER to call me back!!!!

THIS is one of the many reasons I LOVE Magical Journeys! We've had POR booked for Oct. 21-28 since April. I still had a balance of $475 due by Sept. 5th....Melissa emailed me this morning...I saved $430!!! My balance is only $45 now!!! I don't have to do ANYTHING....MJ does it ALL....I love, love, love, 'em!!! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Every time a code comes out, MJ is ON TOP of it....and my discount is added...YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is what I just got.

2 adults dec18- dec25
wl-standerd -1 day base ticket
myw dining
saved 283.07

It is my understanding that if the ADRs are connected to your home phone number, you won't lose them. Did you make them yourself, or did your TA?

You also don't have to cancel the AAA package first, so you can call and talk to a CM and see if you can book everything you want without losing your existing reservation.

I understand totally how frustrated you are...it was hard for me to give up control of our reservation, but when we initially booked it we wanted to add the dining plan and the only way to get the AAA discount with the DDP was through AAA. I think I got really lucky with my TA.

I got the code for my ressies and the ressies I made for MIL..we couldnt get it for ASMu so we upgraded to CBR... our ressie was $3 cheaper then it was at ASMu with 7d park hopper, dininig and insurance $2311.36(2 adults DS4 DS9)..my MIL was actually $100 more but they get a king bed which they really wanted and they were paying for fridge at ASMU which now comes standard with the CBR so actually they will only be paying $50 more for 5d park hopper, dining and insurance $1647.42(2 adults)...I just had to share...To think without all of you I would have never known about the Disney Visa code or the public code...the great thing is we orginally wanted to stay at CBR or PORS but decided because MIL was going too we would stay at value...thanks again to all of you and sending lots of pixiedust: to make your day too!

Hi to all,

I don't know if it is an estupid question, but there it goes:

I want to stay 8 nights with dining plan, in my case in principle I have to use the code ZBH. But I read that if I booked a packagge without DDP using the code ZBG and after that I ask to add the dining plan is it worther?? I mean with this way I can obtain a cheaper price.

What do you think about it??

In my case with the code ZBH, 8 nights in POFQ with 7 days park hooper plus DDP, the total price is 2003.86 $, is it ok?

Sorry I'm spanish and i don't know if you can understand me.

Thanks to all.

What does she mean by this? I called my AAA agent and they got the code applied to my package and saved me $255. Ask her to recheck.
