Game On Pin????

I just got this pin on a different email account I have. It doesn't say exactly what the deal is. It says:

values: $95.00/night
moderates: $162.00/night
deluxe: $279.00/night - AK or WL

For most stays Sun-Thursday nights May 1-31st,


There is a pin at the bottom, and you have to call, you book it online?

I'm not up to speed on regular prices so is the % of this discount?

I received the "game on" pin twice last month. It is about a 10% for most categories.

Here are the regular season rates for a standard room - this is approximate as I didn't actually price it out. I was looking at a room for a May trip as well, and this was what I had written down in my notes.

values: $106.00/night
moderates: $175.00/night
deluxe: $310.00/night

In a nutshell, the "game on" pin is a waste of time in my books.

I figured it wasn't a stellar pin Especially when we have the free dining one as well.

I wish we were going this year

DH rec'd a game on pin via snail mail-"Stay with Us and Save 20%"

then it did list prices for value, mod and deluxe and the dates Dec 1 to Dec 22

I tossed it aside at first since we wanted to change our September dates to October.

A couple of weeks later I called to change our dates still having not rec'd a pin for when we wanted to go and I asked the CM what dates our pin# covered and was told Oct 18 to the end of the year.

While 20% is not a great deal it is better than nothing and saved us a little over $500 as opposed to booking rack rate, I did the Disney math and since there are only two of us FD would only save us an additional $32.

Still hopeing something better will come along 35 or 40% would be great but for now I am happy and at least I am booked at my resort of choice for the time period I want with a discount!
