Congrats your doing a great job, I just read your journal. You should be so proud of yourself for not getting on the scale everyday. That is a bad habit I can not seem to stop but its only day 4 lol. How far into your diet did your hunger pains stop.

Now, I am addicted to the WISH boards
but I guess that is better than eating something I shouldn't.


No alcohol in site either!!! I make myself out to sound like a drunk..really I hardly ever drink..but it seems like over the weekends during the summer things are going on like cookouts, hanging out with friends, or just something you eat like pizza or crabs that call for a beer!
Nothing serious I hope, knee injuries are bad news! You still got in some activity though and that's great!
