We just got back from our 10 day birthday trip. My niece was totally thrilled with everything we did to celebrate. The trip started at BWV where she received her birthday pin. We then headed to AK, and of course all CM wishing Happy bday. When we got to our room late that night there was a birthday balloon and a card from Mickey and Minnie. The following morning was breakfast at CRT prior to park open, and everyone loved how quiet main street was. She received a cupcake and so g at CRT, the idea of a cupcake at breakfast made her day. The next time some birthday fun occurred was two days later we let my niece and my 16 yr oldDD go to HWS on their own at night. On the way back to BWV, they wanted cotton candy and funnel cake which the CM gave for free since it was her birthday. On our 5th day we switched hotels to B&YC, and some more extended family arrived. There was a lot of talk of her birthday and how a new teenager would be joining us on the trip. The day prior to the big birthday her parents sent a Birthday Edible Arrangement to our room and she shared that with all of us. On her actual birthday, I hung a huge "Birthday Girl" banner that wrapped around the living area of our room, which she noticed as soon as she came out of the bedroom. We also had purchased a tiara from Germany cart in Epcot with a Mickey charm of her birthstone. The tiara, cupcake and treat coupons, and birthday card were all on the table under the banner when she came out to great us. Her parents also wrapped a present for her to open on her birthday. It was a shirt purchased on etsy. It read " Birthday Girl 13" with a Minnie head. She was so happy with all of her presents and wore them all day. The tiara she wore the rest of the trip and on the plane home. We went to cape May cafe for character breakfast. On the table were three birthday balloons which we picked up from concierge, and a born to shop pin for her pin band. She received a birthday cupcake and song again. We hit HS again and experienced the Frozen stuff. She used her treat coupon at HS. They rode TT and we pointed out the 13th floor. Since it was an exceptionally hot day, we went back to hotel for a little rest. Waiting in our room was another birthday balloon and card from Mickey, as well as a birthday message on the phone. Then headed to Tapan Edo for dinner. Again we had a birthday cupcake and sang. We rode soaring and watched Illuminations at her request. We then had a late night swim in SAB. ending the night with beaches and cream and some arcade games. The next day was our last day of the trip. We spent morning at SAB and afternoon and evening at MK. Dinner was at CM. She ended her trip by using her cupcake coupon at 11:30 pm as we left MK. All in all I think we were able to create a memorable birthday trip.
