How can I possibly make PSes 90 days out when I don't know the park hours 90 days out?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

How frustrating it is trying to plan without all the information necessary!!!

Why do you need to know the park hours?

If you have a PS, you can get in even if the park is not open yet.

I want to make a PS for dinner but only at a time after MK closes and I have enough time to get to the restaurant. If I don't know what time MK closes or what time Wishes might be, how can I know what time to make the PS for?

The nice people over at Disney Dining will book up to what they think is the latest time if you want to book for dinner. They will tell you to call back to update it if you were looking for something later. Other than that, just make your PS's. Don't get frustrated if this is the case.

For example, I made a PS at Sci Fi (90 days before) for 5:55pm for dinner on 11/3 and the rep told me that that's the latest the system was allowing her to book because the hours for Nov. haven't come out yet. We want it at 6:55pm instead and as soon as it comes out I'll call to update.

You can always look at the hours from the previous year and kind of make a skeletal plan.
Here's a link to the Nov. 2003 calender. When I was planning a previous trip I used the previous year's montly calender and it was almost identical.
