Front Load Washing Machine?

I had a Neptune Front Loader since Nov. 98. I received a letter from Maytag asking how I like it. I wasn't able to give my response, cause it was a multiple choice questionairre.

I have already put a new pump in my machine $165. I got Maytag to reimburse me cause I called and had a repair man come out in my warranty time and he told me I was using to much soap. 3 months later the pump went out. I showed them the diagnostic from the first repairman, so they honored that since he didn't catch it. Whew!

Anyway, my machine does use less water, my water bill was over $200 every 3 months and the first bill I received, it dropped to $145. Now my water rates went up and my water bill is back to $175.
