Jeff just called Member services and we snagged a BLT Grand Villa, MK view. So excited!!!! 11 months and counting!

I just reserved a studio for one night at Saratoga. Now, if I can just get it switched to BLT 4 months from now...

Wow...we are very close to your cousin! We love this part of the city! Are they at Spring Branch middle school? We are considering Memorial HS and have quite a few friends with kids at SBMS. Hehe...the road is Gessner, but most folks pronouce it with a 't' as you've spelled it

Thanks! We love Scotland (DH is a Wallace, so we 'feel' connected) and are a bit sad that our Baltic cruise fell through -- it's now our Dream 2011 cruise -- we were looking forward to showing DD the Edinburgh highlights and Dalhousie Castle (we honeymooned there 100 years ago!), alas it was not meant to be...

No she works at the elementary school. She's been there a long time. I've always told her that she lives in the perfect location. Sam's is just a few blocks away!! I like the fact that she's right off the Interstate.

TGIF!!! Although I may work some on Sunday, I can sleep in and get here whenever. Heading to DS's for dinner tomorrow evening - Mexican night as they are having guacamole (LOVE that stuff) and pork tacos plus the ever popular maragarita's (I gotta take my Rosa Regale, tequila isn't my thing). My other son is coming up from Grand Rapids so I will get to have two of the three in the same room - love that!

It's DVC talk. BLT is Bay Lake Tower which is the new DVC resort attached to the Contemporary at WDW. An MK view is a room facing the Magic Kingdom. The Grand Villa is just that, a two story 3 bedroom villa. It has a two story window for the living room. It's pretty darn Grand!

Absolutely! Jeff and I are pricing limo buses right now for our every growing party to get to the port. It may be significantly cheaper (and I seriously mean significantly) to go that route.

Thank you. It started snowing here at around noon and hasn't quit. Big, fluffy, wet flakes. We have at least 2 to 3 inches and it is supposed to get worse tonight. They are predicting 6 to 8 inches for us but at this rate it will probably be more. A white Christmas in February. Thank goodness DH is home. We went to the store morning and have hunkerd down for the duration.

I am sure they will. Honestly, most places will probably take the U.S. money, and intry never to use my credit card in another country unless they already charge in U.S. money. The exchange penatly by the card companies can make it even more expensive than buying it at home.

Well it is raining here again. Supposed to last into tomorrow. I think it is movie time. Now what to see. That is the question. Howdy All ~~ I've decided to leap off the lurker benches and activate my account!! My family -- me, DH & DD (14 at sailing), possibly MIL & her friend -- will be sailing in 2 cabins. As you can tell from my signature, this isn't our 1st cruise -- yes, we LOVE the -- but it is our 1st PC crossing and we are very excited!
