Let me make you get up and get a second drink. My mother married my stepmother's brother so he was my stepfather and step uncle at the same time. I think I was my own sister and cousin. One time they went to court and tried to explain to the judge how eveyone was related and he threw them out of court, said it gave him a headache.

I know someone who's got you beat! we had an "aquaintance" (let's call her sally) who had 3 kids (from 3 dif. fathers).
1 boy, 2 girls. the boy was the oldest, and his younger sister was also his aunt!
sally got pregnant from a boy(say, joe) when they were teens. had a baby boy. Joe didn't do the responsible thing, but his dad wanted to, so he "took in" sally and the baby boy. well (you know where this is going), sally had a baby by Joe's dad. a baby girl. who was the sister to the baby boy(by Joe). but the baby girl was also joe/s sister, hence, the baby boy's aunt. .. she could say "I would like you to meet my older brother.. who is also my nephew".

(... sally went on to marry someone else, had another girl, they divorced, and last I heard is married to a 4th guy, who is paying for 3rd baby's college, and sally doesn't work.)..probably too tired

ps, thanks, everyone. for your good well wishes. even though it was only the flu, he is 86, and my brother was out of town. just couldn't leave him alone while he was sick.
nebo was SO GREAT!!!drove all the way home (45 miles) to get stuff for us for a few days, missed the first bears game, and stayed in a non-smoking house for 3 days, with basically no TV at all. what a good SIL!!!

I once worked with a lady who was married with one daughter. Her brother-in-law moved in with her and her husband. After a few months, she liked her BIL better and had a daughter with him. And they all still lived together, she just moved down the hall. So her kids were sisters and cousins.

The reason for my siggy is enough to drive someone to drink. My siggy is supposed to be anut4disney but people were reading it as auntdisney. So then I had to tell how my nieces call me Uncle Shirley. I hated the way Aunt Shirley sounded so my sister told the kids that I was Uncle Shirley. Imagine some twenty odd years later when they would tell their boyfriends about Uncle Shirley and Uncle Raymond. Then telling them Uncle Shirley was a girl who was married to Uncle Raymond.

Thumper, we just talked to a couple of friends we know that just got back a couple of weeks ago, who also saw the Indy show, but they said there wasn't a muscleman guy on the stage when they saw it. Let me know if some poor shmuck had to pose, ok?

There was a time when I spent about 5 years of my life walking around with a Sony Handycam plastered into my face. After our first trip to Disney in '92, I told Smidgy we need to go back soon so I can see it in color, the viewfinder was in black and white. And I keep forgetting that the little Easy SHare camera we have can also shoot video, though I haven't really tried it.

i suppose for a video of that day to even have been taken one would really need to know me ahead of time, and realize that what goes up the stairs must come down. Otherwise everybody would have been shooting whats on the stage instead.

i suppose you're right, but the guests would all be safe since I'm the only one who gets hurt. (well, unless you're a small Japanese tourist guy, or a small Japanese girl who I once elbowed in the nose trying to get a closed fist out of my tight pants pocket that was clutching a couple of vikes.)
