Did anyone else apply?

I did - we'll see what happens. DH is a vicious chocaholic (sp?) - we take the kids trick or treating so when 3 days before Halloween he realized I hadn't bought any candy (cause I wasn't passing it out) I had to make an emergency trip to the store to get his Reese's PB Cups Crisis averted but he wanted me to buy another 5 bags "just because there on sale now with Halloween"

Sorry flamestarrdust - I can't remember which Thread I'm on. The Celebs are on the Community Board. Ty Pennington and several others are promoting a HUGE Secret that involves the Dis Boards. He is suppose to make an announcement by the end of the week. I'm having to catchup over here because I spent so much time trying to figure out the clues!

Thanks. Someone else actually posted the link to it on here so I was reading it. The list said that someone had guessed right on the community board what the secret was but they wouldn't say who. It's very bizarre whatever it is. But if it's DIS you know it's gonna be good.

On another note regarding House Party, did anyone receive a huge box of stuff from Gevalia last month including toblerones, a coffeemaker, lots of coffee samples plus a lot of other stuff? I did and I have no idea what I did to sign up for it. I was assuming it was the freebie board but who knows? Seeing the Hershey House Party made me wonder if it was from that website. Oh well, got lots of free coffee and free chocolate to go with it would be AWESOME!

lol...Such a wonderful idea, madhattir. You should see if Johnny can come, too. There is nothing better than free Hershey's Chocolate and Johnny Depp combined! Yum!

WOW! that sounds like a great freebie- I have gotten into a very bad habit of posting freebies but not filling a lot out!- not sure what my problem is-- I am such a dork! I can be getting some great stuff--

OK starting today- I will spend more time filling them out-

It was a great freebie! It had all the stuff I mentioned plus two boxes of pound cake mix and the toblerones were a whole box of toblerone candy bars and another box of these special flavored miniature toblerones. You were supposed to have a party with the stuff to promote the coffee but I never got around to it. However, they don't make you prove you had a party so you can get the freebies with no obligations.

By the way, I don't fill out all the freebies either but I do fill out most of them. And I love, love, love, love this board! I may never have to buy travel sizes of toiletries for my vacations ever again!

I got mine in the mail already & it was yummy!!

Me too! I got the Columbian and it was great!! I would actually buy it-- DH and I are usually coffee snobs- not fans of canned coffee- but that was really good!

I Just told Mr Depp that if we win the Hersheys freebie- he must partake in the the Fondue theme-- well I had to tell him he will actually BE the dip for the fondue--- he looks pretty happy about it!
