Wish vs. Fantasy August 2026

Well here I am having to change our August 22 , 2026 treasure sailing because the girls are getting older and will have school commitments during that week now. I would just move it to the week before but it’s 3k more and the stateroom is not available. That leaves the following.

5n fantasy that goes to castaway, lookout, and Nassau. We’ve been on the fantasy before it was our first cruise. 1 night at a hotel before

4n wish that goes to castaway and lookout. We would also get to spend 3n at wdw before with this choice to go to the Halloween party.

I know after last years magic short cruise debacle I said no more short cruises but it’s one of these or nothing. What would you pick and why?

I would usually say the 5 night all the way. But it seems like the WDW combo is off the table for that one. In that case I would do the 4 night to get the 3 days at WDW. I would also pick that one as it does go to both islands instead of the usual one island the Wish normally does
