What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Marinated a pork chop (the last defrosted one) in green curry paste and ginger for a few hours and then roasted in the toaster oven. Serving it with a mango, Granny Smith apple and cuke salad with a side of vinegar dressed carrot slaw. A glass of seltzer and lime ought to be fine for a drink.

Trying a new recipe. Big Mac Casserole. Next time I'll go and buy a Big Mac, lol. So many ingredients just for the sauce. Smells good though. Just finishing up the baking now.
