I'll be shocked if the family suites at AOA are excluded. LM rooms yes, but I can't imagine that they can fill up that many family suites. They have never been excluded before. We stayed in Jan. on Stay Play Dine and the resort was not full.

So I have emailed my TA at around 4 times in the last 2 weeks and no response. What should I do? I need her to book free dining on August 1st. I emailed her my resort changing and everything and still nothing. Should I call the travel agent company and try to get someone else to add it for me Thursday. Ugh I'm stressing here. What should I do???

Here's hoping you are right! Maybe they will end up just excluding Nemo suites....

That is unacceptable!! I'm a travel agent too, I work from home, raise 3 kids, and I'll I do is Disney stuff and I respond to people the same day....always, no matter what. That's why I have an iPhone! If I were you, I would book it yourself on thursday and then call her and have her cancel your other reservation.

Do you have a number to call her directly? I would try that first and if it doesn't work call the agency. That doesn't work, book it yourself and cancel the one with the agency.

I don't have the money to. I already paid for my trip. :(

I will try and call her tomorrow. She owns a business outside of travel agent so maybe I can try there.

So disappointed AoA isn't included. I felt like the extra cost of being bumped out of moderate was almost worth it there. Now our options are 2 rooms at POP (would rather have AsMo, which isn't included also) or AsMu suites, which doesn't impress me. We are considering staying offsite or not going at all. It's way too much money to feel disappointed about anything. Hmmm... decisions, decisions.... Is there a going crazy smile:crazy2:?

(Sad post for my #1500...lol)

Very good news! Seeing as we have already booked and paid for our stay at POR (RGR), I'll call in at 7am on Thursday to see if FD can be added to our reservation. We have already paid for the DDP but FD would save us about $700. Fingers crossed!

Thanks for all the info.

In the exact same boat! I would love to see an $800 credit!

I hoping for this too!!! I'm currently booked at nemo but will switch if needed to lion king. It just seems nuts that rooms at that price level wouldn't be included in this discount. But what do I know lol

So after months of researching and FINALLY deciding on POFQ, then since Black said FD was coming, being so worried that I wouldn't get booked FAST enough to get POFQ, then today pretty much having no hope that pofq will work..... I've finally reached a decision for our resort. I just went back and looked at the maps and room from the other Mods, and I just don't think I can do it. Having a stroller and a kid makes the bus ride such a big deal, and this year we will have a double stroller :scared1: and two kids!! All those multiple stops on a bus would kill us. So back to Pop we go!! My husband has had it listening to me fretting. He says, "who cares where we stay, we'll still be at Disney.... who cares if we get free dining, we'll still eat and be at Disney." Im taking some advice from him and letting my anxiety go!!

Man I hope all of AoA is not excluded! We have a Cars Suite and will not be changing but free dining would save us a bundle. Will AoA be excluded from RO discount as well do you think?

Currently booked in ASMo, but willing to switch to POP or CS. Question: How bad is the walk from non-preferred rooms at CS to the food court? Will be traveling with a 3yo and 14mo. Thanks!!! Yay for free dining!!!

Trying again Thursday! Switching from a Little Mermaid room to maybe Riverside or CBR. I haven't stayed at either. We have two little girls 3 & 6. Does anyone have a recommendation? I know they would've loved AofA but I have no idea which moderate would appeal to them -maybe a royal room at the RIverside if its part of the offer?

Kay - I think that the CBR has a great kiddie pool area ... Best of the moderates. Our last trip, my 5 year old niece & nephew loved playing there. If your family does pool time at the resort, then I think CBR has the edge there. But ultimately I don't think either is a bad choice.

Good luck!
