She would refund you what you paid, you are 45 days out.

If it says unavailable then your TA wont be able to get it either, sorry

Finally! On with CM and got AKL free dining! HS to do a Room Only for 9/28/13 and saved about $1500.

Had to have a RO for the 28th as well. A tad bit nervous about checking in/ Checking out and then back in to get our park tickets... Hopefully we will be able to stay in the same cabin as well!

My TA has been keeping me informed, but this is ridiculous. She has been waiting since 7:01AM on hold.

You've had the roughest time of anyone I've seen on this board. After your heart attack (figuratively speaking) on Monday and now this, I hope you make it to the weekend.

Nothing is showing up online at all. And the phone lines are too crazy.

If my TA can keep us at POR, that's great.
2nd choice (to be budget smart) is CBR
3rd choice (might as well upgrade, if we can't save money) is WL

The only thing I heard from TA was an email asking for patience...this was after I left a comment on their facebook page...nothing yet! I'm also in tears and I'm very aggravated

I have no suggestions for other than to keep trying online...I think the website it toast right now...keeps showing me no availability for any time...but I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am for your frustration and hope it all works out in the end...even if you have to switch resorts like I did.

Keep checking your Disney account to see if your info has changed. It is possible that the TAs can't get back to you until all of their clients are taken care of. Good luck!

ok... I am jumping on board the freaking out train! My TA had priced sent me a couple of quotes for POR and Poly. The Poly was expensive so we were leaning toward Pors. My Ta had told me she was going to hold a room if fd comes out so I don't lose it. So I told her if Pors isn't available..lets just hold poly.

I haven't heard from her and am now a little freaked out! I know she is probably working hard ..but ahhhh. I came on here and see people saying they couldn't get POR.

I went online and saw POR for family of 5 not available..or not released? I have no idea. So I emailed my TA this morning and said grab a poly!

I am just sitting here waiting to hear! My poor TA probably thinks I am a lunatic. I emailed her last night before fd was announced to let her know what we wanted to do and I accidentally sent the email in mid sentence. Then I emailed her again apologizing and telling her I hadn't had anything to drink...it was my stupid phone.

The madness has to stop! hahaha

I booked my reservation online this am while on hold for cm on phone ( figured try both ways and do which ever I got thru first with ) while I was still on the site after confirming my reservation doing my adr's a confirmation email came ( within just minutes of booking ) at 7:18am . Just pulled up my reservations online and all dining and correct resort info showing .......what a relief!

My TA Still can't get through..... I am losing patience. Nothing on my site is changed. I am going RO on November 10th and I want to do Pop on November 11-15 does any one know if it is still available there?

Just curious - why "ASAP?" I have an existing ressie, then booked a separate one online before phone lines opened.

Obviously, I will cancel the original one -- but will a few hours (or even days) matter so I don't have to keep listening to the busy signals?
