FREE Collapsible Water Bottle (these things rock!) Great for Disney

Nothing on mine either. :confused3 I just sent them another email with their last reply to me inc. saying they would ship between 9-16 and 9-22 (like they told everyone else).

I will never buy from them again, or Savemore. I am now going to send Savemore an email as well. This is utterly ridiculous!:mad:
 
Just got of the phone with a rep at Savemore (no email on their site). He was very sympathetic and offered my a refund but I actually still want my bottles. He did tell me they (Savemore) are a fairly small company and they were surprised at the number of orders they got for the water bottles. He told me the most orders they had gotten before this was around 4,000. They got over 25,000 for the bottles. They were not expecting this.

I told him that since Savemore was the company everyone paid their money to that they are being tarnished with the same brush as Water Bottle. I told him that the discussion on the internet is that not only are customers saying they won't buy from Water Bottles but they won't use Savemore either.

I also told him that someone at Savemore should have verified with the company that they were ready for the possible volume of orders that would come in and that I didn't see anything before I bought my voucher letting me know that the orders would take 10-14 business days to process, let alone ship. I'm sure had this been clear many of us woudn't have done our orders.

I do sympathize with Savemore but in this day and age when I can order a battery for my laptop from Amazon with 2 day shipping and have it arrive at my home less than 24 hours after placing the order there is no reason it should take 4 weeks, or more, to fill an order. None, whatsoever.:rolleyes1

I just hope when the bottles do arrive that they are at least nice.;)
 
Yeah this is really frustrating. If they had just said, these are free, but it will take us a month to ship them out, I still would have bought them. But it's the not knowing that is annoying!
 
I just sent them another email asking them to upgrade my shipping. I think it's the least they could do considering they are beyond their quoted max shipping date.
 

Oh I will never buy again from either site! I disputed the charges already on my credit card. Went into the site and removed my info, including the credit card info that was saved on there. No thanks!:sad2:
 
I just talked to both save more and also water bottle. Both places sound like scams...just the vibes I got. Water bottle said they won't ship until most likely Thursday, which probably means next Thursday, but I'm seriously wondering if they'll ship at all. Even though they received an overwhelming amount of orders, it seems like at least someone should have received their bottles by now.

I couldn't agree more. It doesn't sound like they have sent any orders out yet and now they say Thursday! Last week it was today. I keep hoping I'll get them by the 7th but it's not looking good for our WDW trip. I did just check my account and it still says "pending". And no suprise, I didn't get a email reply from my email sent Friday.

And now it's just after noon in Texas so I'm going to assume no orders will be going out today. This is such a colossal joke!:mad:

I am off to delete my info on my waterbottle and Savemore accounts as well. I'm going to check into filing a BBB complaint (though don't get me started on the BBB).

ADDED-I just filed a complaint with the BBB. It's not even the $4, it's the principal. Though if only half the orders paid $4, then that's $50,000.

To tell you the truth, when I talked to Water Bottle, the man had an accent that sounded like he was from a different country, maybe somewhere in the middle east. I asked where the bottles would actually be shipping from (this could make a HUGE difference in the shipping time....) and he did say Texas so I'm really hoping that's true. I then asked if I could have upgraded shipping since they're beyond their time frame, and he said no because I got the free shipping offer. So I guess I won't have them for our trip! :sad2:

If I do get it by Wed., 10-5, of next week then I will have it in time for our trip. If it's 2 days later than I won't.

Again, I won't use Savemore or waterbottle every again. And I'm really tired of them "wishing me a great day" and no one ever putting their name to their emails.

Oh well, hopefully I will get it when they say, but then again, so far nothing they have said will happen has. :laughing:

When I go on to the waterbottle site to check the status of my order, they don't even recognize my email address. I just emailed both them and savemore so we'll see what happens....I'm not very optimistic.
 
I received 2 shipment emails for the same order lol.
