FREE Collapsible Water Bottle (these things rock!) Great for Disney

Received my shipment email (actually 2) last night about 6 p.m. PST. Funny thing is it really doesn't say it was shipped. Just says it's "Shipment Confirmation". Color me suspicious but it doesn't even have a date of when they were shipped.Also no tracking info. I guess I'll believe it when they show up, hopefully before 10-7 since we'll be on a plane heading for WDW. ;)

I too can't believe they are offering the same deal again! :confused3 Apparently not only does Waterbottle not care about their reputation, but neither does Savemore. How can they stand behind a company that failed to meet their shipping time frame. :headache: Hopefully no one else here on the boards will order them without knowing ahead of time that they will take 5 weeks (or more) to receive.

Know I can't wait to hear that someone has actually received them.;)

ADDED-I just posted my comments on their page.:mad: It's actually pretty funny to read all of them. According to Waterbottle they have all in stock and are ready to process. And they have sent out all their previous orders. They are also deleting the bad comments. I expect mine to be removed shortly.

If anyone orders the bottles after reading those comments then oh well, they were warned.

There's actually a comment on their saying that she ordered 4 of them before and since her's where just shipped she wants to know if she can order them again. REALLY-after not even receiving her previous order? I think the post is done by one of the company's employees. Who would be stupid enough to order again when you hadn't gotten your first order.:confused3

If you look at the comments on the site regarding their shipping times, a Savemore rep ASSURES everyone that the company has them in stock and are ready to ship unlike last time. We shall see......

I got my voucher, but the number doesn't work when I enter it. Anyone else have problems with the voucher number? I copied and pasted so I know it wasn't an error on my part.

And has anyone received one yet? By the time I ordered mine, they had limited it to one bottle per order.
 

I was unable to get my voucher to show up via the link they sent me. SO I went to the Savemore site and logged in. Then went to my deals and clicked on this water bottle deal. The voucher number was listed there. Just know that if you try to copy and paste the voucher number, it says invalid. You have to enter it one value at a time. Hope that helps!

ETA: Still says invalid. Entered the voucher number 3 times and double checked each time. Hmmm.
 
I wonder if Savemore would be more concerned with Waterbottles slow shipping if they couldn't charge customers for their vouchers until the waterbottles had actually shipped.:rolleyes:
 
Todays mail came and no bottles. Only 3 more days to get them in time for WDW.

Glad to see they've fixed their processing problems. Now if only some of the first orders would report that they've actually received them.;)

I got the email on last week that said that it shipped. I have not received anything yet. I am not sure where they are shipping them from, but if it is from the Irving, Texas location that is only about a 20 minute drive from my house.:confused3

It's not looking good for our trip. We leave on Friday before the mail comes so if they don't arrive tomorrow then that is it.:confused3

Looks like no one has received them yet. What a rip-off! I did file a complaint with the BBB last week. Don't know if it'll do any good but I wanted to do something.

One more day to hope.

ADDED-just sent Waterbottle another email voicing my dissatisfaction. They promised me, in writing, that I would have before Oct. 7th. I asked if they could provide me with tracking info since my order was supposedly shipped out 7 mail days ago. I was tempted to ask them the name of the pony they are using. :)
 
I ordered as well, I got a shipment email on 9-28 but have yet to see my water bottles......
 
I can't find anyone on any of the deal websites that has reported actually receiving the bottles yet, despite everyone getting the shipping notifications on the 28th. This is a joke - unless they shipped these things from the moon, SOMEONE should have gotten one by now if they actually went out on the 28th.

Of course, I doubt the whole magical 28th shipping date - there's no way that they could have shipped ALL of those orders in one day, after not being able to ship any of them before then.

I'm thinking they are just trying to string everyone along until we get past the 60 day credit card dispute deadline...
 
I cancelled my order two weeks ago through savemore.com. It took four phone calls and a threat that I would be contacting my credit card company before the money was credited back to my credit card. Hands down this has been one of the worst customer service issues I have ever had with an online company. Never again will I order through savemore.com.
 
I am filing a complaint with the FTC today. I am also filing a dispute with the credit card company.

Savemore and WaterBottle are deleting posts on Facebook, and WB is blocking people who are complaining. On FB, there is a button on the left side of the screen, to report a page--if everyone who has gotten scammed by either company would report it as a scam, then FB willl take down their pages.

Don't bother filing with teh BBB. The BBB rates companies good or excellent if they receive a fee from them.
 
I got a shipping confirmation email on September 29th, but I have not received my order yet....:sad1:
 
after getting an e-mail ship confirmation before getting up tight. I've seen shipping time take two weeks for other companies. I order a lot from internet. This product may be coming from a foreign country which would be like a slow boat to China kind of thing.

This was a good deal from what it appears and maybe demand was overwhelming. Their customer service may not have been ready for the high demand, either.

I'm not defending this and it would be nice to get a better answer on the wait, but I don't think the company would be sending out e-mail confirmations on shipment if it wasn't all right. I think that would get them in even more trouble.

I ordered the four quantity deal and I believe we will get them. There are other products offered on the site and I don't think they are going out of business any time soon.
 
I used the rest of my credit towards the sunglasses deal last week and they already arrived this week, so I guess not every vendor is having issues. I guess I'll see which shows up first, my waterbottle or the HP Touchpad I ordered way back when. :rotfl:
