I think John should hook you up with 2 intravenous lines with those little buttons for you to push when you need a "fix"

Line 1.- Dunkin Donuts coffee and
Line 2.- Dilaudid

Being on bed rest or even take it easy can't lift, can't drive, etc. SUCKS!!!! I had to do that when I was pg and wouldn't wish it on anyone!!! I never understood the thrill to Oxy either but I guess if it fogs ones brain then someone will find a way to market it like it's candy You need to give your body some time to heal and your mind time to psych yourself up for phase 2. When do you go back to the doc?

I do know that this is the chat thread...it just seemed like no one had been to the freebie thread for awhile...Hope you guys are here! Well that was a false alarm anyway! So now I'm off to make chicken soup for my sick boy that I had to go pick up from school with a 101 degree fever because "his dad" (I call him that when I don't want to claim him as my hubby ) sent him to school this morning thinking he was fooling (which he has NEVER done before )! My son told me "his dad" said/threatened that he would have to stay in bed ALL day if he stayed home! So he sucked it up and went....

the pain is about the same. Taking a shower was real treat But my new BFF are staying by my side.

Hey everyone! Hi Kellie! My son is ok...running a pretty high fever (which I am controlling with Tylenol/Motrin) but still laying on the couch moaning alot...but he'll survive! He is honestly just not used to being sick. For some reason (which is good) my kids don't get sick very often...BUT when they do OMG...they are/act miserable! "Their DAD" is the same way! Like nobody else on earth could possibly have ever have felt that bad! I made a BIG pot of chicken noodle soup (as was his request!) and he ate about 4 TABLESPOONS! Then he asked for dirty rice for dinner... which he has just announced that he doesn't want either!!!! My daughter doesn't like dirty rice, so she got...drumroll please....CHICKEN SOUP!

Had to work one night, sent "my husband" to the doctors with them as they were sick, then, when he gets back, I call and ask what the doctor said, he sez "I dont remember"

Sometimes I just don't get it....

Gotta tell you what DS just said. Two disclaimers first though- #1 he is ONLY 3 and #2 they are watching "Enchanted" right now. He came over to me wearing DD's Snow White slippers(those crappy clear plastic ones from the Disney store) and I said "Oh look, my little crossdresser." He said "No...me a princess." Hopefully not a sign of things to come.

If it's any consolation...I have a great picture of my daughter at age 2 sitting on the toilet with a mickey mouse sweatshirt on....no pants whatsoever...wearing my red 4 inch heeled pumps...reading/looking at Cosmo magazine....I thought I would have problems! BUT at 13 she now refuses to wear anything but jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes! So by NO MEANS does what they do as toddlers say anything about the way they'll turn out!

AND I'm hoping that NOTHING they do as 13 year olds means anything about what they'll turn out!!!
