You Freaps are so good to me...

When Violet passed away AWM sent me beautiful african Violets (I mean how cute is that?)

Everybody was so thoughful and supportive.

And today I get the nicest card from It's a Happy Day..I cried. Thank you Sally for being so sweet.

Today is also my Mom's b-day, she would have been 61.(traditionally this is a hard enough time of year what with Mother's and my mom's b-day only a few days apart and then losing Violet on top of it all), don't know what I would do without y'all

Okay freaps I am home
I saw the DR and she said that my ribs are badly bruised and might have a hair line crack. Not much they can do but have me be careful and just try to be more aware of the ribs,I told them the pain will keep me aware.

The DR also said I need to tell them things sooner That she is also my DR so she will see me anyday anytime I need her.

Hopefully the ribs heal quickly for you.

The radition is a a form of heat. Getting strong amounts of it is causing the water in the bones to dry up wich in turn can cause the bones to be brittle and crack/break. Then that turns out to be pain for me.

I never know that until they told me. But as they told me it all sence. So they tell me to make sure I drink plenty of water. The DR said go by the amry motto if you drink alot and do not need to go to the bathroom you are not not hydrated. Once you need to go then you you are hydrated. who would have thought that all those years in med school the dr would know this

They are cooking me alive. I call it my roasting. I should be on a KFC menue board as extra crispy
Drinking alot makes it better. Today I drank almost 200oz of water and only went twice. I guess I was in need.

Glad to hear that it wasn't too serious Maybe tinker needs to be making some virgin drinks for ya to suck back with that new contraption of hers (I am Soooooo jealous! I'm not a margarita drinker so I didn't even apply for that house party

) I think you should tell John you need to sit with a nice cold drink having your feet rubbed And if you think your gonna drink too much water, I hear CVS has depends on sale

I don't drink either. I can. It's not against my principles or anything. I just haven't. But I thought, wow, what awesome slushies and smoothies I could make with that contraption.

Good morning everyone! Tink- in my past life I lived in Boston, and would have been over in a minute! Now that I've moved in with the cows, Boston is a 4 hour hike for me. Guess I'll have to suffer with my blender . After the first pina colada I recon I won't care .
Kellie- 200 ozs and 2 trips to the bathroom ? I'd guess you were dehydrated too. Take it easy and fill 'er up today .

Dang!!! Where are all the FREAPS? I had to go to page 3 to find us. Hope everyone has been out enjoying spring. It's been crappy and rainy here all day. DH is out of town until Friday and I had to work late last night so I am definately not at my best. I did make the prudent choice and drank two glasses of wine instead of a mixed drink which would have knocked me out I'm sure. Gotta be able to take care of the kiddos and get them to bed as early as possible. I had a coupon for one of the new Dove ice creams the other day so I got the chocolate raspberry kind and hid it in the back of the freezer just for ME!!!! So when they are asleep guess what momma's doing? I'm so bad. Does this mean I have an eating disorder? I am hiding my eating from my family.
