I'll be at Disney in August and wonder if it is ok just to walk over to Francks and talk with them and get a few questions I have answered about a possible future vow renewal.

If someone's there, you can go in and look around. Unless a planner happens to be there and have a spare moment, you'll be talking to a receptionist who can answer just the basic questions.

Popped in a couple years ago for the same reason. Was handed the package they send in the mail, and told to look around. None of the questions I thought were basic were answered I was told, unless I made an appointment. They were friendly about it, but busy enough that you could get the hint that they really didn't want us there for long...

I would pop in if you want, but don't expect much in the way of one on one assistance. Hopefully you get lucky with your timing, and have fun! :thumbsup2

We called before we left, requesting to meet with someone briefly to just answer a couple of questions. It really isn't ideal to do everything over the phone - or maybe I'm somewhat old school in wanting to have some sort of rapport before plunking down a chunk of change.
We were told that NO - they would not set up an appointment. We were about four months from our booking window and when we were within our booking window, they'd be more than happy to speak with us.

Admittedly, we did stop by Francks during our trip - door locked and sign that said "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY"

One big thing, for me, was seeing how accessible the WP was. Thankfully an outside vendor was setting up and let us tag along to get a glimpse inside the WP. In the back of my head, I knew it had to be accessible but it really put my mind at ease to see it for myself. Of course other questions went unanswered - which stinks. Especially if I was debating between a Disney wedding or an at-home celebration, ya know? But since we knew we wanted nothing less than a Disney wedding, I guess it's just water under the bridge :)
