FP+ Window Opens Tomorrow - need help

Hi all - my FP+ window opens tomorrow and I need some help/suggestions. It will be myself, my DH and my DS3. We visited last year so I know mostly what rides we want to go on (and what to avoid), but DS hit the 40" mark since last year, so that will open us up to some new possibilities.

For MK, I'm actually having a lot of trouble deciding. We won't do Space or 7DMT, and BTMRR is closed. I showed DS youtube videos of Splash, and he was into it, but now is saying he doesn't want to ride it. I may get the FP+ for this anyway. He was pretty adamant about not riding HM, and he keeps waffling about Pooh and PP. His (and as a result, our) must dos are IASW, Pirates, Teacups and the speedway. We plan on rope dropping 2 days at MK, and probably will hit up the speedway first, then the rest of Fantasyland on one day, and PP first on the other (3 year old mood depending, lol). I think the only other thing I am leaning towards as another FP is the Talking Mickey meet and greet.

So that all said, any suggestions of what to get FP+ for?

Epcot is my other problem. Soarin is not an option for us, so for my tier 1, I'm trying to decide between FEA and Test Track. DS LOVES cars, but seemed totally unimpressed by the ride videos. We are likely doing 2 days at Epcot as well. DO TT FP's become available during the day, so, for example, if we ride FEA could I then search on MDE for a TT FP, or are they not that easy to come by the day of?

Lastly, for AK, I'm not hanging my hat on ROL being open. I definitely want a FP for the Safari, beyond that, not sure what to do. Is a FP suggested for the character stop? Lion King? We won't do Dinosaur, and if anything, I may do single rider line if available for EE.

For MK, FP Splash, PP and possibly Pooh - you may want to split up the remaining FPs and book rides you and your DH can ride.

Epcot, rope drop TT, FP FEA. You can search for a FP for TT after you have used your 2 Tier 2s (or allowed them to expire) and tapped the tapstile for FEA. TT has been available throughout the day.

AK, FP probably isn't necessary for characters and isn't necessary for Lion King. So you could FP Safari and EE and use your 3rd for characters to save you a little wait time.

Thanks for the input. I have to figure out if we are doing RD for Epcot both days we are planning on going or not; we definitely want to RD Joy and Sadness, so if we aren't going at RD both days, the TT RD probably won't work (and I don't want to wait a long time for J/S), but knowing that FPs are available for TT the day of is a good plan B.
